one of the nicest stays I’ve had in a hotel. location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants, bars & shops. hotel itself was impeccable. clean comfortable, friendly staff. great pool, close to beach. thoroughly recommend

There's alot of dust in the side table plus the lampshade and also the cabinet. We stay for 4days.

The room was properly cleaned everyday. Good location, close to the beach. Free parking.

There are several reasons: - upon arrival there were no soap and toilet paper provided. When I asked about soap they said they don't provide it because usually guests bring their own. I also usually either bring or buy a regular soap shortly after arrival, but I expected at least some soap to wash hands the first day!!! For toilet paper I had to ask the second day also... and they finally brought it. - they do not speak any English, but they do speak good German and French; - poor organization of breakfast amenities: a) glasses were not available where the water equipment was, I had to walk into another room, get a glass, come back and then fill it and bring it to my table; b) from the 5 days we stayed we were twice moved from the table we were sitting at by other guests, stating that that was their table. Apparently there was a system which the hotel personnel did not inform us about. We should have received a table number upon check in. c) breakfast tables generally left dirty, with leftover from previous guests, you would have to get a member of the staff to clean it and bring you utensils . This happened also before we finally received our designanted table number. d)not a lot of breakfast variety: same type of tarts, croissants every day. One or two fruit choices. Boiled Eggs, Scrammbled Eggs, Bacon and Wurst. Absolutely no vegetables. From what I understood this is typical in Italy ... - the room was hot and very noisy. The AC was not working and was not repaired during our stay. The noise from outside is somewhat understandable but our room was situated near stairs and elevator and guests were very noisy from 6 am untill about 1am. - the hotel personnel did not inform us that one of their pools is not free of charge. They charged us retroactively for using it . They even charged my 2 year old daughter the same price as us adults. TL; DR: Would not recommend to anyone. :)
