Clean, spacious, value for money and free complimentary biscuits in the room. Very comfy beds and a lovely bathroom.

The hotel and restaurant were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they had arranged a cot bed for us as we were travelling with a baby. They also arranged for us to stay an extra night in the same rooms when our next hotel was cancelled. There was on site parking and it's 15 min walk from the train station, with a few supermarkets nearby. The restaurant was great and very welcoming too.
Finally, when we left we left a pair of sunglasses in the room, and the staff kindly posted them to us free of charge! 5* service, thank you!
The breakfast was a little pricey, but there is a wide range and it was very tasty.

Checking in person was abrupt and unhelpful to me and others checking in.

Didn't have breakfast, although I liked the addition of biscuits (albeit a small pack), something you don't get at Premier Inn. Great location. Like the idea of all the trees that have been left untouched on the main road upto location.
No decaffeinated tea or coffee sachets available.
