The location and setting was lovely! Meal in the pub was tasty.
The pub itself needs a bit of TLC. 5 girls standing chatting behind the bar even though it wasn't that busy. Felt they could have been clearing the tables inside and out as lots of tables full of glasses, dirty plates and full ashtrays. Also had to mention to the bar staff that there was food and empty sauce sachets left all over the floor which was clearly visable to them. In the accommodation the first impression is good, however my daughters pillow had spots of mould on it and also the shower enclosure was pretty grubby - a good spray of Mould and Mildew on the titles wouldn't be a bad idea! We had guests staying in the room above us and you could hear every movement and creaking floorboard.

It was excellent value for money. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed. Lovely and clean. Exceptionally quiet on the river. WiFi. Own front door. The staff were so helpful and very knowledgeable answering any questions with ease. There was Plenty of tea coffee etc, shower toiletries and a hair dryer. Very handy for going plane spotting at the RAF bases.
They closed the bar at 8pm on a bank holiday. There was no : cutlery, glassware, plates, fridge, pans (although there was a hob) microwave, inside the room. Needs to list more on what facilities there are in the room on their advert. I.e should list that they don’t have any cutlery or crockery. Has a hairdryer etc.

Location excellent, continuous traffic coming over river bridge disturbing at night!
A mirror in the bathroom, & double bedded room plus shaver point in bathroom would have been very useful!

Great size of room for amount of guests.
A few repairs needed in the room. Would benefit from a fridge.

Location is great and staff is friendly indeed. Food at the pub are of big portion.
I booked well in advance so i think i paid a lot more than what the hotel website advertised so i am not too happy with it but i guess it was my responsibility

It was a short stay during Lay over for 10 hours and was very accomodating
the room wasn't available when I arrived, but I was upgraded only after a considerable wait.

Clean comfortable room
The rooms were not part of the hotel and did not overlook the river as we had expected. The pub did not open for dinner or breakfast while we were there

Honestly everything. Impressed that the beverages offered are more than 3 each. Other places we stayed allow only 3 of milk, tea and coffee. Location is great and the general size of the place is great value for money. Thank you

We had no breakfast. Our room had no cupboard which was difficult as we came for a big bday party. And they do not provide cleaning rooms. After a stay of 5 days it feels uncomfortable not to change towels or cleaning the room. I was unaware of this procedure but was told it was written in the booking nowhere did I see this mention.
The above!!!! I liked the location.

Location wonderful right next to the Thames. Lovely beer garden and restaurant. Bar staff friendly and helpful.

Room was lovely and very clean. Beds super comfy. Ate evening meal and breakfast in the pub, both really fresh. Would stay again.
Being completely picky, the only extra that would be nice in the room would be a drinks size fridge.

rooms were fne and outside space good.
Inside was tatty. Staff behind till for breakfast grumpy and expected to do everything bar cook. 'Service did not start until 9am. our party of 10 were expected to queue individually to order and pay for breakfast whilst till operative also made coffee and brought in orders from kitchen. it is not a cafe but a hotel, if you cannot provide service staff it loses business. we all ate elsewhere for 3 days. bar rang time at 9.30pm on Friday night. same story, poor servive , bad hours.
No room service either, beds ummade overflowing bins etc.

Staff friendly and welcoming, good-sized bed rooms for family (quadruple room). In a really lovely area.
The bathroom wasn't that big for it being a family room, and although the bedroom felt modern, the bathroom, I feel, needed to be updated..

location on the lovely River Thames was the only plus to our 3 night stay for a family group celebrating an 80th Birthday. Our superior room was nice, but there was no housekeeping (unmade beds and overflowing waste bins) and had a queen not king bed. Bathroom door very difficult to close properly and almost impossible to open from inside.
The second room a quadruple was fine bu tiny tv did not work
The third room also a quadruple was smaller with a tiny bathroom.
The breakfast did not begin until 9am. The only person apart from one in the kitchen was an unfriendly lady unable to take an order for our our party of 10 unless we queued at the till individually whilst she made coffee/tea and fetched food for other tables from the kitchen. There were no other staff to help, which was totally unacceptable in a large hotel. Our party of ten had no paper/pecils to write out an order. Since we saw how long it took for one couple to order, we paid for only this one breakfast which we left in disgust without having and ate together in a town cafe with waitresses and kitchen staff, for the rest of our 3 night stay. the bell was rung for last orders at the bar at 9.30pm.

Good tea making facilities, and comfortable bed.
Not good soundproofing. Thin walls and noisy doors. I found it difficult not to disturb the people in the next room, when using the shared bathroom.

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant.

Nice riverside location.
Not well cleaned. In the bathroom, dirt had been squished into the corners of the floor, and the shower unit was covered in limescale. Bedroom carpet covered in stains and badly in need of a shampoo. Room price seems high too, considering breakfast isn't included.

Great location by the river. Staff were chirpy and helpful. Good atmosphere in the pub. It did close early but not a problem
Everything was spot on. An early breakfast serving (starts 9am till 11) might have been good but really not an issue

Location. Beds were clean. Bedrooms good size. Well appointed. Plenty of hot water. We ate in the pub and food was lovely. Host/barman excellent.
The room/apt could do with a good clean, i.e hoover into the corners of the rooms, clean/dust the window frames (cobwebs and spiders) and clean marks off the walls. Teaspoons very tea stained, need steeped. All small things but would have made stay more pleasant/comfortable.

Friendly staff
Terrible room - tiny, the end of the bed was under a fixed desk. Way too hot, with no means of cooling it down. Paper-thin walls. I could clearly hear people talking till 2.30 am.
