Clothes hooks on wall. Blackout curtain. Climate control worked well. 24/7 coffee in lobby was nice. Location was fine. Staff people were very capable, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant. Cleanliness was very good to excellent. Bed & bedding was comfortable. Not an overabundance of pillows. Gym had two treadmills and an elliptical machine. Free, convenient parking.

Room was cramped. Almost impossible to walk around the bed on the window side without bumping a leg. Desk chair was too big for the space so we put it in the bathroom sometimes. Small frig sounded like an air-raid or tornado siren when the compressor turned on. Lighting was bizarre. There was just one independent desk light on one side of the bed so lights were mostly all or nothing, bright overhead, right in your eyes at the top of the bed. Only one person could use the reading light at a time. Weird lighting scheme. Bottom of shower door under the plastic edging was the greenest color I have ever seen in a bathroom that wasn't paint (bad design, not housekeeping failure). Plastic squeezy soaps were junky design so I really wanted just one small piece of regular, hard soap. Soundproofing was minimal; we could hear a lot, including routine movement, from neighboring rooms and everything from the hallway. Plumbing in general was loud. Breakfast was okay but almost everything was processed, sugary stuff. No real butter, just little imitation versions in plastic pods featuring hydrogenated oils. Almost no choices without sugar such as plain Greek yogurt to eat with honey and nuts, for example. No apple juice. No tea without caffeine (e.g. herbal or decaffeinated). Gym had no regular, recumbent stationary bike only a Peloton. I have never been at any other hotel exercise room that offered only one specialized bike that requires particular shoes to use it.

Breakfast options were great. Loved that soy milk was available since my son is allergic to regular milk! Location was great. Close to multiple food options. Bathroom was spacious and had plenty of towels! The pool table in the lobby was a good attraction.
