La casa estaba muy bien distribuida en cada piso. Nos dejaron toallas y la cocina bastante equipada, lo cual no esperábamos pero fue una sorpresa muy agradable. Estaba todo bastante limpio y nos encantó.

A casa tem uma boa localização, muito central. Zona difícil de estacionar. Tem imenso potencial, mas precisa de alguns arranjos (manutenção da estrutura). A degradação do espaço é notória. As anfitriãs são disponíveis e muito prestáveis.
Não gostamos das camas, os colchões são muito moles, o termoacumulador tem pouca capacidade (30 litros) - os 2/3 primeiros tomam banho de água quente os restantes tomam duche frio ( lotação da casa 8 pessoas).
É um espaço que não tem sofrido manutenção regular. A necessitar urgentemente de pinturas, recuperação de rodapés e substituição de colchões. Muitos mosquitos e não se podem abrir as janelas porque existem alguns pombos na zona.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this apartment. We were thoroughly satisfied with everything - from the wonderful accommodations to the incredibly kind host. The location was excellent, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location was fantastic! The property was right in the centre of Aveiro. Lots of places to eat nearby, lots to see with boat trips on the canal, churches, museums, architecture and good public transport links. The property is great for families however there are a lot of stairs for those who have issues with this. Good showers and bathroom facilities in general. The owner was very attentive via mobile which was great as well.
Nothing we didn't like really, the property had everything we needed with a great location for a family without a car. However it could do with a little minor TLC in places, recognise however it's been a very tough couple of years for the industry. This should not stop you booking this property!

Location is excellent, right in the centre, by the canal. But it's still quite there.
And the apartment is spacious,would be good even for 6 people.
Facilities were worn-out, no proper tea or coffee.

We loved our stay in Aveiro. This remodeled home in the centre of the city was the perfect location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. House was clean and had towels, coffee, tea. Will definitely stay again.
