Location ~ in a quiet residential development on the edge of Pernera but just a few minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely 30 minute stroll along the promenade to Protaras with gorgeous smaller coves and beaches closer by. George ~ the host is great! So helpful and accommodating. Arranged airport transfer from a reliable taxi driver as well as car hire and was always on hand to help The villa is huge, clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and professionally maintained and there are so many terraces and balconies to sit on.

Very clean and had facilities you would need while you stay like washing machine and dishwasher. Showers and baths were fantastic! Had a cleaner come to clean the pool frequently also. Air conditioning in every room, very spacious with lovely views! George was fantastic and stayed in touch to check everything was going okay, clean bedding brought to us also. Easy access to a bus just down the road from the villa that can take you anywhere, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and car and buggy hire also just down the road. 5 minutes later walk from the beach! Looking forward to staying again! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay, I highly recommend!!
