Pictures show it all. Me and my wife had a few great days there. Apartment is inside some kind of an apartment complex, parking was organized. It is in a walking distance to Eze village, with a great view from the balcony to Eze and on the coast. I thanks Suzana helping me finding a location and to welcome us coming in the evening. Take care about navigation; entry to the complex is through the big gate from the main street but navigation could guide you to the street behind the complex. Having more time I would easily spent few days more in the apartment, relaxing on the terrace and discovering surrounding villages and cousin.

The equipment on the terrace needs some visual repairs, I felt a little uncomfortable using it. While sitting on the balcony you can hear cars from the road, but the sleeping room is well protected from the noise.

I only booked one night as my wife and I were transiting the area and wanted to stop to spend a little time in historic Village of Eze. Wow, I wish I had more time and more nights as this unit deserves to be a vacation stop of it's own. The balcony is far bigger then I expected and wraps on 2 sides of the unit. The views are spectacular and include a fantastic view of Eze from the very next hilltop. 5 minute drive to Historic Eze Village. Honestly, I could have spent days just relaxing on the balcony watching the view or swimming in the pool. Will recommend to all of my friends and hope to come back to stay here for a relaxing vacation.

I really don't have negatives, I consider this one of my best rental experiences and bargains yet. Don't know prime season prices but it was perfect and incredibly affordable in early May.

The apartment is on the top floor with sun from sunrise to sunset. The view is amazing, overlooking the Mediteranian Sea and Eze. The owner Suzana is the perfect host! We will come back.

The SEA VIEW is 180 degree, it is incredibly beautiful! You can see medieval èze, green nature, and all the seashore from this point. We are in January, but my husband and I managed to spend all day on the large terrace enjoying the sun till the dreamy sunset. Suzana is an amazing host, she's friendly, helpful, and very elegant. The apartment was very clean, it has nice marble finishes and mirrors which give the feeling of a high end hotel. The bathtub is a nice relaxing feature for the evening. We cooked our own food, the kitchen is fully equipped. We would come back for sure!

The house was really spacious and well equipped with all amenities. It is located at a short distance from Eze village with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and the Eze village. The check-in was seamless. Suzana is a great host and responds promptly to any requests. We had a lovely Christmas in there.

Host did not wear a mask in the appartment. There were workers on the balcony for 3 days, so that it was not possible to enjoy it neither the view.
