I like the service and the room dimension Shower really big bed and space

they didn't show me the swimming pool, the sauna or other things I've paid for

Big rooms

Some how, even through we voted family rooms we were told we needed to pay an extra $1800 for our 4 nights to add extra beds for the kids. Even though the rooms were absolutely massive. The process seemed designed just to rip you off. The gym had lots of….rules…

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The shower room was exceptional!

Great location close to Ginza line. (Good line) Friendly staff. Very comfortable room with great shower.

I have a small tattoo on my foot and due to this was not allowed in the spa or pool. I understand why but in this day and age….

The location was so close to the Gaienmae station

The pool was not accessible to children under 18 years old.

Location, cleanliness, service

The pool mentioned in the booking was only available paying 40 usd per visit which is extortionate. Was not clear that this would be so expensive hence listing should be adjusted accordingly

The room was amazing. Also the people were great. They went the extra mile to apologise for a small accident during breakfast.

The reception area is very old and tired

We were a family of 5- 2 couples and an adult daughter. We had 2 modern double rooms- which were incredibly specious and lovely - there was a couch and a totally separated (by a wall large beautiful bathroom area )and then we had a regular double room (which had a queen) which was also relatively spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The property is small -48 rooms so you will not have room service or access to snacks beyond minibar but the staff is super helpful. There is also a 7-11, family mart, grocery store and other small store with some fresh foods within a block . It is right next to the Ginza line metro and cabs are east to get and pretty reasonable. There is not a ton of shopping or nightlife but it is also not deserted. We enjoyed the property.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. The room was also spacious.

No iron in the room, it was very dark so good luck for the ladies trying to get ready in the morning by putting on make-up. The most frustrating thing of all was no room service for dinner. Considering the standard and cost of hotel, you would expect room service. After a big day, we were hoping for some quiet nights in with room service which wasn't the case.

amazing location. very few choices of hotels in this area. dark and no view like typical old hotel in Tokyo and didn’t drain shower but other than that we had everything we need.

May be the shower need to be renewed. Other than that the hotel is perfect and highly recommended.

it's practically on top of a subway station. the rooms were huge for tokyo. i liked the location a lot. it was quiet, but easy walking distance to shibuya or omotesando. the hotel felt small and private. the bathroom was also huge...literally a room for the bath.

my first stay i must have been under the gym. occasionally there would be a loud noise and the room would shake presumably when someone dropped weights on the floor. the price isn't great, but i think it's reasonable for the size of the room and quality of the hotel.
