Great place to stay , very affordable, they offer food and drinks right there no need to leave ! They have A/C in the rooms , rooms are beautiful and big inside ! Overall a great place and will definitely stay again !

The place and the hotel area is very quiet, safe, it is also very well located. The room, bathroom and reception are clean.

At the time of check-in they must deliver documentation with instructions to and services for the guest. Carry out periodic inspections of the equipment in the room (TV, lighting). Any extra consumption made during breakfast should be invoiced at the end of the stay or notify the contrary in the check-in process or in the recommended instruction sheet for the guest. Have the sheet with the breakfast menu available in the room and in case of having lunch or dinner service, also offer them to the guest.

Used their pick up and drop off service to the airport; Punctual. Money exchange if you are on a pinch - Because of the price I paid on (booking.com), breakfast was not included; however, I did purchase breakfast and the prices were on the higher scale.

It is not near public transportation or eateries.

Highly recommend this hotel. Large and clean room. Very comfortable mattress on the bed! Have everything you need in a quiet room. There is parking nearby.

Small property but amazing in itself. It's on a small street but the rooms was very clean and comfortable. Ac was blowing me out of the room . Being that it was super cold :) . All the hotel workers and owners was nice . If ever in Santiago I'll book again . Thx for being great.
