I had the pleasure of a five-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza, from August 19th to August 24th, 2023, with my wife and parents. The experience was pleasant, with attentive and polite staff making the check-in process smooth.

I did encounter some challenges with the hotel parking. It was a bit tight to get into the dedicated parking space, and mostly, the requirement to collect a stamp at the lobby each time to exit the hotel car park was quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if the parking process could be streamlined in the future to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel has huge and comfy bed, and also breakfast was excellent and fresh

I like the service of all the staff there. They assisted me during my breakfast picks, and also tidied up my room well and made towel decorations for me everyday. i felt welcomed

Everything is perfect!

They play the same Indonesian children’s songs the whole day by the swimming pool when we stayed there!

The staff, especially the ones in the restaurants are extremely super friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of Surabaya and being attached to the big mall is an added value for those who like shopping.

The indoor carpen in my room produced a strange smell. I assumed it was water spilled on it by previous guests and the damb made it producing unpleasant smell.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean, new and modern. All of the staff were so friendly and polite and greet us from reception, concierge, house keeping and pool staff

The location of Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza is very good. Only 50 mtrs from Tunjungan Plaza, with shops, cinemas and restaurants. Breakfast is enormous. Local and international breakfast is availlable. Rooms are very clean, bathroom modern and spacious.

The music in the lobby was too loud, so it was quite annoying when we want to have a meeting in the lobby.

I dislike the floor where there is an outdoor walkway in front of the rooms. It feels less private and I have to always keep my window curtain closed as I am afraid if someone will peek inside.

Perfect location (inside the Tunjungan Plaza), staffs are great, fresh room interior

The access to mall must go outside or through parking, not so comfy.
