Oven didnt really work and we couldnt use it. Need more kitchen utensils.

The host is always available and helpful. The location is perfect, near to the main square, the cafes and shops are all around. The flat is big and light. There is a very beautiful big park nearby. A quiet and safe place. Me and my friends were extremely happy, that we've chosen this apartment.

There was not enough coffee for the coffee machine, just 3 units. While having the shower the water was leaking from the wall and coming out. There were no such facilities as shampoo, shower gel...

There was NO breakfast

Instructions as to access particularly as to parking. Very difficult if no space to park until you get access to the parking area. Would have expected some milk in apartment- even long life. Surprised as to no information as to the wonderful Stanislas Square that we found by accident.

Very agreeable little flat in a very convenient location in Nancy in between station and Place Stanislas, a mere five minutes from the former and seven minutes from the opera. Tidy, clean and well appointed with comfortable sitting room / diner / kitchen and two modest-sized but characterfully decorated rooms. Coffee machine with pods for morning coffee. Automated check-in convenient. Owner stored our luggage after check-out in her nearby flat when we were booked on an evening train back to Paris. Good value.

Entrance slightly fiddly due to multiple key codes; hallway / landing a bit dark. But these were small problems.

Excellent location. Just a short walk to the main square and all restaurants and bars which, by the way, were excellent

Arrangements for checkout with getting car from car park and then having to return all keys to inside property leaving car on pavement

Great location

On 16 January we reserved the apartment and the parking. Answer for the parking: "Pas de souci. C'est noté". On the day of the arrival, we are asked by phone again if we need parking. Our answer: of course YES. Instructions are sent by whatsapp: the remote control opening the gate to the parking is in the apartment (where one guest has to enter with 2 different codes while the driver waits in the car in the busy street). The remote should be "sur le tabouret tout de suite à droite entrant dans l'appartment". But at arrival there is NO remote on the tabouret (photo), so NO private parking possible. Consequence: stress finding a parking in the street for the full packed car. Host does not answer on phone or whatsapp (in spite of having written "je reste joignable en cas de soucis").

Serviced by lift. Excellent location. Attentive service from host. Value for money

NICE APPARTMENT . VERY CLOSE TO THE CENTER AND TO THE TRAIN

Great flat very well equipped with all facilities and well decorated. In/ very near centre of Nancy with a parking space available if requested. Once we found flat after major search and assistance of local postman it was terrific but lots of codes etc required for secure entry to flat and parking. It was a bit of a bother to get in but would definitely return as flat itself far exceeded expectations and host was available if required.

Very convenient to the sites of Nancy. Spotlessly clean throughout. Safe and secure car parking available.

Location and parking was difficult - Catherine came to rescue us!

The apartment is nice and faces a garden,, which gives a beautiful sight from the living room. It is well located. We enjoyed our stay. The city well deserves a visit.

Fabulous little apartment in great location. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great communication with Catherine.
