great location, clean and very modern.

Lovely apartment in a great location. The complex and pool are beautiful and some of the best beaches on the coast are just a 10 minute drive away. Communications from the owner were excellent and the key-holder Micheal was always available and very kind. The apartment is modern and well-equipped and the La Fuente shopping complex is just a 5 minute walk away where some good restaurants and shops are located.

A small number of improvements is possible; We suggested that the towels and bed linen could have been replaced after each week and that some cooking dishes are needed for the kitchen.

location was good

it was very dirty, we did get 75 euros back after complaining but it was still disappointing. The photos are old and not realistic anymore

This apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything that you needed it also had all the british tv cannells you needed the apartment is only a 5 min walk to a load of very good restaurants, Michael and his wife who looked after the place were very helpful we had an issue with the patio door which he solved very quickly, we would stay here again

Clean, modern, beautiful pool area, quiet at night but still only 2 minutes walk to the lively commercial centre La Fuente which has bars restaurants, supermarkets including aldi, pharmacy, golf shop, estate agents etc. Local delivery service to deliver food, drink, shopping, flowers etc direct to your door. There was always electric scooters (Hopp app) available at the commercial centre to travel around. (I loved them!) Pick them up and drop them anywhere in the "Operating Area". 10 minutes on scooter to villamartín plaza. About 4€ on scooter to La Zenia boulevard and the beaches. There is also a bus for 1.50 to the boulevard and beaches. ( Costa Azul app ) Golf courses literally around the corner. I was a female traveling alone and I always felt safe in the area and within the apartment block. I would occasionally go to the strip (Cabo Roig) for food and to have a beer on scooter for 4€ when it was bright and get taxi home €8 after dark. For the Irish the stray sod is the Irish bar in the centre and there is music every night. Their full Irish is about a fiver. Pints 2 or 3 euro. Spirits are about 2 or 3 euro but the measures are poured and are about the equivalent of around a quadruple... I'd pack very light. Zenia boulevard has great shopping including Penneys (primark) Decathlon etc. Playa Flamenco market on a Saturday is a nice morning and is 5 mins from the Boulevard. If you have kids go to La Zenia beach they have rope climbing frame and playground on the beach. And another playground in Cala Capitan around the corner. This apartment is great for going to these places as they are near enough to enjoy the services but no noise at night. Also the apartment includes bath towels and beach towels which most don't and saves room in the suitcase.

Beautiful apartment in a secure private gated complex. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Lovely outdoor space just a few steps from the pool, Host and Keyholders were lovely. Great communication. Location is absolutely perfect for us, so close to bars and restaurants and shops but far enough to not get the noise. A short drive to the Plaza and La Zenia shopping complex - (Which is huge!). Good choice of beaches a short drive away (Can be walked if not too hot and you like walking. We did a few times!)

The facilities. The thoughts of small things, such as leaving towels for the swimming pool. The property has all the facilities for a comfy staying.

Sorry for the late reviews but what an amazing spot. Literally 5 minute walk from la fuente where we love to hang out, the WiFi was great, house & area STUNNING. Had everything u need. The lady with the key was soooooo lovely!! We couldn’t find the apt the first night so I text her on WhatsApp and she came out and showed us the way! Honestly would move in tomorrow and live there for good! There were towels and extra towels and blankets in a wardrobe if u wanted to go to the beach. Bathrooms amazing shower size amazing just honestly 10/10!

Genuinely have no complaints

Met at apartment by Mike 👍 who offered info on keys/apartment and surrounding area. Residential area so nice n peaceful. 2 pools literally at bottom of garden! Superb apartment. Ultra modern, Clean and comfortable. 2 mins away from La Fuente CC with loads Bars/Restuarants..Aldi 5 mins walk round corner and Mercadona 10 min walk away. Highly Recomended
