In the evening of the first day of our stay cockroaches had been seen in the apartment and this was shared with the host. There were attempts to solve this issue (apply special facilities against cockroaches and clean the apartment), but without a result (these creatures were there). Unfortunately after that I had to find other apartment for me and family.

A very important note should be the fact that George was very polite and understanding to an issue that arose during my stay.. Once again I am pleased to have stayed at sea breeze apt..!! Thank you for everything.

The apartment is located in the city center close to the beach - so you can easily reach shops, restaurants, old city, beach and whatever you want. There is a small supermarket right in front of the building and several 24h supermarkets in 10 min walk distance. Self-checking - so you just grab your keys from the safety box nest to the entrance, free parking place which is improtant in that part of the city. Big balcony with a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy evenings where.

The apartment definitely requires some renovation - it looks brand new on photos, but when we came we found out that 2 walls (which were colored in white) became yellow because of time or some flooding there. One of air conditioners (in the main room) didn't work and was just closed by some piece of paper :) Very very noisy place - due to its location there are always lots of cars - starting from early morning till late night, so I had to close windows to make some call (to be able to hear people) and almost get mad because of that noise for 2 weeks stay, so definitely will choose something more quiet for next trip.

Great little apartment. Looks recently refurbished. Totally clean and well equipped! Asked the manager for a delayed check out. He gladly accepted. I recommend it 100%!
