This apartment is really exceptional, it is far more than a rental property and has been carefully designed and equipped with every comfort so it feels like a very gracious and welcoming home. Melpo welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was very kind and generous. The flat has 2 beautiful bedrooms, one faces the sea and the other has its own little secluded terrace at the side. We were 2 friends and loved having 2 bathrooms. The living area is spacious and comfy with lots of soft seating, soft lighting, books, (even a tv) and a well-equipped kitchen. It was mixed weather when we were there so we appreciated being able to lie on the sofa looking out at the storms across the harbour when we were not out walking in the hills. The outside area is wonderful, there is a shaded terrace with table and chairs and then, further to the front another terrace looking over the bay, which is sunny but even this has an electric awning for very hot days. The view is magical. We loved Vathi, it is a very pretty town with lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes and a nice lively buzz without being noisy. The walks up above the town were beautiful and there are a couple of wonderful secluded stony beaches to walk to. Loved it!

I can't think of anything at all. Everything we needed was there, and more.

Brilliant contact with the host and she greeted us with the keys. We had a short power cut on the whole island one evening and the host dropped off candles and a small gas burner if we wanted coffee.

The facility, its stunning view, its proximity to everything. It was one of the cleanest places ever visited. Great balcony, fully equipped facility.
