When we first arrived it appeared nice but it didn't take long to see that it was run-down and not very clean. The carpet was filthy. The kitchen floorboards were coming apart. There was a lot of dust everywhere. The spa bath needed a good clean. I had to use my expensive perfume around the place to mask the smell of dampness.

The hot water system wasn't working properly. We booked this property because it had a spa bath. But we couldn't use it because there was no hot water. On the last day when packing I noticed a folded doona placed in front of a serious amount of black mould in the main bedroom wardrobe. When I told the property owner she didn't show much concern.

Fabulous accommodation very close to the main area of Mansfield. Fantastic breakfast provided together with other goodies. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was excellent, the property was well set up and clean. The host was easy to deal with.

Everything was perfect. The moment you get inside the studio it will give you feeling of acceptance. Cat is an excellent host. She has not left a stone unturned to make your stay very much enjoyable.

I just did not find any fault with the studio at all. It was just perfect for my family.

Fabulous house, modern, comfortable, big King bed, underfloor heating, fabulous huge spa, wonderfully stocked fridge and pantry. Thank you for the surprise treats. We loved Catriona’s jam and bought some. We can’t wait to visit again.

Cat was an absolutely amazing host. She was friendly and very easy to communicate with. This stay exceeded my expectations! As I am lactose intolerant, Cat made sure to provide me with soy milk and my partner with normal cow's milk for our breakfast. She also made sure to have the floor heating on before we arrived, which was perfect for our cold feet after our trip to Mt Buller. Cannot fault this stay, thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The unit is very spacious and well designed. You can see outdoor plants wherever you sit, even in bathroom. There were also so much breakfast supplied and Catriona even prepared the most beautiful soy milk for my lactose-intolerant daughter. The home-made jam is delicious. We will come back for sure.

Spacious, clean, cosy with everything we needed and more.

The facility was amazing and it would be good in both summer for Bonnie Doon and in winter for skiing at Mt Buller.

We were treated with some bread, croissants, home made jam, eggs and bacon, welcome drinks, orange juice, sweets and a complete pantry with everything we needed!
