Room was dirty even though it had apparently been cleaned by housekeeping - the restaurant was also cold and the fire was not lit so we cancelled our reservation for dinner and had dinner elsewhere.

The restaurant looked very nice however we didn’t eat there.

We were given a room which had not been refurbished, it was dirty, cheap and mis matched furniture, stains on the walls, cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, etc, etc. absolutely awful. Booked in July for a 2 night stay over New Year, we were not advised the room had not been refurbished & it cost as much as a refurbished room. We complained but couldn’t be moved as they were fully booked. I could not stay at the hotel so we left. The staff were very lovely and advised they would not charge us. Very disappointed as had planned this New Years break for a good while. Passing some of the refurbished rooms, they looked lovely which made it even more disappointing. Photos I took of the room are far from the rooms advertised on booking.com.

I feel that breakfast should have been included in the price. Couldn't check in until 3.00 so we actually stayed at the accommodation for less than 24 hours. I don't really think that it was good value for money.

The evening meal and breakfast was good and the location was perfect ; the room was very tired and the cleanliness was very poor ,we doubt that the room was cleaned prior to our arrival and daily house keeping did not occur during our stay

Lovely location in a great building. We stayed for dinner, which was very tasty. Breakfast was also very good (including the coffee, we are very fussy about our coffee). Would definitely return.

Looking at all the lovely rooms in the pictures, ours was a little on the small side. Would have loved to stay in one of those that were in the pics as that is what made us book.

Bells chiming all night (not your fault , I know, but made for a very disturbed night). Room on 2nd floor was very hard work for two 80+ pensioners, fire escape (down only flight of stairs) rather dangerous , couldn't keep window open in room on a very hot night

Lovely property in the heart of Narberth

All the staff we met were very helpful, polite and friendly. Not only beautifully decorated throughout but cleanliness was of a high standard. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order using local ingredients, tasty and piping hot. Excellent location in the main street. A bonus was having alloted car parking spaces around the back.

Not that it bothered us, and we were on the second floor, but there is no lift in the premises.

Perfect location as bang on the High Street with free car parking at the rear. Pizzeria restaurant with real Pizza oven on the ground floor and the pizzas were excellent. Room 2 at the back was comfortable, stylish and peaceful for sleeping. Breakfast was delightful and freshly cooked to order. Staff were lovely and the owner engaged with everyone checking they were happy with everything. So glad we booked it as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had no complaints at all. Maybe a few hooks on the back of doors to hang coats may have helped and a bath mat in the bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect for us.

Lovely accommodation and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was great. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and we really enjoyed it. Great location as we were attending a gig nearby. We would like to visit again!

Superb hotel in the centre of Narberth. Our room, 2, was very comfortable modern and bright with everything you need including a top notch shower and aircon. High quality breakfast with various offerings including smoked salmon or avocado with eggs and sour dough to a full cooked breakfast as well as a wide range of cold items. Well stocked bar and enjoyed being sat outside listening to a band of musicians from Norway doing an impromptu set. The owner, Dan, took time out for a chat and all in all, highly recommended. Top Joe's is also a pizzeria but we didn't sample the evening offerings but would expect it to be of similar high quality.
