It was very clean and convenient. We accidentally booked a "smoking room" and the smell was so unbearable we had to go back to the front desk and ask them for a non-smoking room. Thankfully they were so helpful in getting us a non-smoking room quickly and we were SO relieved.
This hotel is just a bit far away from the station for us. And the family mart next door is rather small. Neither of those things are the hotels fault though. There was nothing else wrong with the hotel.

Walking distance to train station, restaurants, shops; friendly and efficient service; clean, modern, quiet room; good breakfast.
Mattress was too soft for my preference; desk lamp wouldn't stay up and wouldn't turn on; room a bit small.

The location is really good, super close to the train station and Akihabara. Also the room was very clean and the bed really comfortable
The room was super small (compared to others hotels) but is ok if you don’t have too much luggage.
Also, during morning the staff enter to the room to tidy the bed and change the towels, was strange because nobody told us and the list with info didn’t say it either. Is ok because the room was nice but it was strange

Bed and the room it has mosquitoes and kept biting me ...they wouldnt change the bedsheet everyday which should be changed

Great location with a close walk to subway.
When I flew into Tokyo, I had trouble finding hotel. I called a cab and it was a short ride, but the cab ride was expensive.

Convenient location, good staff service. Wifi was easy to connect, cleaning was regular and very good.
When booking online it was not very clear that I had booked a non-smoking room. This could be made a little more visible.

I have stayed in many APA Hotels in Japan and this hotel offers all the conveniences of an APA hotel - cleanliness, location - it's less than a 10-minute walk to Ochanomizu station in Tokyo (lovely area by the river) and not so far - 15/20 minutes - to the exciting (electronics) Akihabara district in Tokyo - and facilities (microwave, ice machine...); I asked for a room on a high floor with some kind of view - and got it...; I managed to check in with a human, not having to use those huge, barrier-like check-in machines...; the window actually opened - something that's not always guaranteed in Japanese city hotels...
Check out is 10am - I believe it used to be 11am for all APA hotels so this is surely a step backwards...; it would be nice to provide real coffee/tea cups in the room - as they do glasses - as opposed to the disposable ones; it would be nice to have coffee sachets...
