Everything was as advertised / pictured, and more!

We were greeted by the owner upon arrival-he showed us around the property and provided us with an amazing welcome gift of bread, wine, cheese, pastries and water! The location was perfect, only a few minutes drive to the beach and large grocery stores and a 15 walk to small shops, markets and and wonderful cafe! The Castle is only a 15 minute walk and is a must do because the view is amazing… we even walked the trail from the Castle down to the beach! The local taxi service got us from place to place! The house had plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children to spend time together but also have some alone time to relax. The pool was amazing and the owner stopped by every other day to clean it, collect garbage and answer any questions we might have. The indoor and outdoor eating spaces were perfect for dining together as a large group. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the A/C units in each individual room that could be used efficiently to cool only when needed and to each person’s desired temperature. We cooked almost every meal at the house and used the BBQ at least once a day.. sone times twice! the kitchen had plenty of glassware, dishes and silverware too!

I can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like!

While the kitchen was quite large, it was a little less counter space to do cooking fir 8 people. However, the host was responsive in getting us an extra pot

The pool is actually very private, the villa looks even better IRL than on pics.
