The pool area was great. It was very quiet. The kids loved the pool, pillow and basketball court. It was handy to towns and attractions. The wildlife at the park was lovely.

We booked the smallest cabin. For four people, next time I'd book the next size up.

The location, facilities for the Children including the 3 pools was fantastic. Staff are helpful and professional.

We arrived to the cabin with lots and lots of Ants, we had to ask them to re clean the cabin which was not done to standard, we then moved cabins the next day and this cabin had minimal ant’s compared to the previous cabin we had to re clean the sides and cupboards down due to dead and alive ants. We had to chip away at ice from the freezer to use it due to the fridge seal being worn out so this was making the fridge work harder hence the ice. The fridge seal was also dirty and had dead ants in it. The bathroom generally was not clean especially around the taps, the toilet was leaking and we had to get this attended to. The safety tag on the kettle was out of date from December, The toaster had no safety tag on it. The kitchen bin could have been bigger, We had to ask for a extra plate as there were only 3 and were a family of 4. All the beds were extremely uncomfortable, I suffer with a back problem anyway but the bed made my back worse by sleeping on the main bed. The standard cabins really do need a refurbishment, I understand that there is a dramatic saving staying in a standard cabin v a poolside cabin but what we experienced we’re basic cleaning and maintenance standards. The heated pool was dirtier compared to the cooler pools. The games room could have been maintained a bit better. The staff were friendly, polite and did do everything in there power to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Quiet good facilities

Road in was a disgrace. I would not stay there again because of the wet muddy pot holed road. Our cabin was too cramped.

Check in process was smooth, which my partner and I appreciated.

There was no functional heating in the cabin, Whilst there was a heater, that did appear to be working, we set it to 28 degrees and the temperature room was still 13 degrees overnight. We have a 7 month old child, and this temperature was too cold for us to justify staying the extra two nights that we had booked. There also wasn't any hot water in the cabin. The shower was warm for a maximum of 30 seconds before it went cold. The sink in the kitchenette was the same.

The walk to the Murray was beautiful, the playground was really fun. The wild animals was exciting to see. The grounds in general were clean and quiet. Staff were really friendly.

The cabin wasn't overly clean eg: floors, utensils and especially the air-conditioning it was absolutely filthy. The noise from the outside air-conditioning unit was extremely unpleasant and made it very difficult to sleep. Also the water system in the wall between the shower and master suit made very loud noises from early in the morning. The middle bunk is dangerous with no rail so we needed to improvise. The couch was not at all comfortable.

Staff were very friendly.

3 Pools and lots for kids to do. Pool Villas were well maintained and very comfortable. Location had an abundance of wildlife and was peaceful away from the world.

A few minor things didn’t work or weren’t open at certain times - nothing dramatic.

unfortunately there was a few hours where we were without water, but the property worked hard to get it back up and running as soon as possible
