The small staff were very helpful and being a small property you will receive a personal attention for your issues. The prices are relatively low and this is value for money you are paying. If you can afford for a bigger budget, one can look for a hotel with better facilities. Had some issue with hot water and on my request to rectify, they fixed it.

The room did not have TV connection and telephone did not work. Every time you need to connect , you have to run down to the reception.

Close to the Garden’s of Lumbini and restaurants.

Hotel is just walking distance from historical sites..

Room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheet had spot.

the price for that type of room in such place was too expensive. we can get far better room in such price compare with lakeside, pokhara.

the way Booking.com featured this property did not match with the actual condition of the property. it was the full wastage of 25 USD paid for a room doesn’t worth more than 5 USD at the present condition of the hotel. No Breakfast, No dinner, No tea coffee at the room, all pictures showed by Booking.com were fake. nothing was there in actual.

Overall a good hotel specially for the area.

Wouldn't expect much from the area

My second stay in this hotel. Location is great, centre of Lumbini, very close to the bus station and to Mayadevi temple. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, very clean, whole hotel is clean, wifi works well, heating also good. Excellent breakfast and delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Clean, comfy, calm, safe, friendly hotel, everything works well.
