Tolle Lage, sehr geräumige Unterkunft, viel Komfort mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Für vier Freunde, die sich in Riga treffen, ideal.

Leider hat der Gastgeber nicht mehr geantwortet auf spezielle Anfragen wie Late-Checkout. Es waren wohl automatisierte Nachrichten, die wir da bekommen haben via Booking.

Fantastisk beliggenhed lige midt i Riga centrum. Få minutters gang til alt. 3 fine værelser med dobbeltsenge og et funktionelt køkken samt stue med spiseplads til 6 personer. Passede perfekt til vores familie med 4 voksne og 2 større børn.

Sofaen trænger til en rens/rengøring Uklart hvordan varmen tændes i lejligheden. Værten svarer ofte langssomt

Appartment was lovely located and decorated. It was cosy and superclean appartment.

There were some unpleasant surprises: 1. The washing machine was broken. We were two families on a long road trip and the criteria to choose the accommodation was that a washing machine is available. We tried several programs (we first thought we chose the wrong one) but all the clothes are still unclean and soaking wet. I mean, soaking, soaking wet. So we had to continue the trip with wet dirty clothes in the car. 2. There was not enough kitchen supplies for 8. Just a few plates, cutlery etc. One lousy knife, horrible pans, the stove didn’t heat well, no coffee maker, the dish washer didn’t clean the dishes well (the tablet did not dissolve) dispate the fact we run many programs. The cutting boards were smelly, greasy and tatty. 3. There was water running from the fridge when we came. It was not on. The freezer box had no door and the ice had melt all over the fridge. We started with a proper cleaning. 4. There is a sharp metal board and a screw popping out between the wooden floor and the kitchen floor. Luckily no one got hurt. 5. The air conditioning was not working in all rooms. 6. Most of the blinding roll curtains are broken and cannot be fully rolled down. Also, one another note, double blankets are not the most convenient in all beds.

the sofa and cushions were VERY dirty,many old stains - unable to use The rug and table had cigarette burns. The bedsheets were very worn and I’m not sure that they had been washed! 1 large bottle of water was all that was left as “welcome pack”. plug for sink in bathroom was missing light bulbs in most of the lamps were missing fire had 2 big cracks in glass front, very dangerous if you had small children the photos for this property do NOT represent the present state -obviously they were taken a while ago! WOULD NOT RETURN

Excellent location and very comfortable apartment, lots of space and good planing.
