Cant express how welcoming the staff were! Location is great if you dont want to be crowded. Various restaurants that are walking distance. Pool & playground for younger children.

The friendly staff. Special thanks to Seta R and Anna at reception. Good alternative location to Denarau Island resorts when staying over in Nadi after/before flights. Excellent self contained & spacious rooms with balcony.

Neither on site restaurant would charge anything to our room which meant multiple bank exchange rate charges or cash. This was a significant inconvenience

Housekeeping didn't replenish toilet paper etc daily. I paid more than what I was advised I would.

The bin wasn’t emptied under the sink and the room needed to be vacuumed properly especially in the bedrooms

My family and I loved everything from location to the kind staff especially Mr. Seta. He is awesome, very kind, polite and helpful. Our room was beyond great, clean, spacious and alot of kitchen items together with washer and dryer. Our stay was made memorial by all the friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel with good mix of restaurants close by. Very close to the airport and provided pickup and return.

during breakfast construction work was ongoing next to our table and the noise was so high we could not talk to each other. the hotel is next to a backpackers and it is clear they share facilities and staff. there was unacceptable noise from people in the backpackers and partying next to a car opposite the hotel with loud music from midnight through to the early hours. the hotel staff did eventually get the matter resolved but it’s location makes it hard to counter this.

You charged us 3;times the posted amount for this horrible place. I took pictures of the price sheet. The place was dirty on the outside and looked nasty on the inside. You really ripped us off price wise.new have traveled over 45 countries and this is the absolute worst place we have stayed. We will never use you again and will certainly let others know. How can you inflate the price so badly? It was so loud. We had to pay for a transfer when the hotel offered free transfers all along. Going forward I will contact the hotels direct. Your company was absolutely useless. I want a refund of the price difference. Thank you.
