Great location.

I just wish the manager/owner had handed us a piece of paper with all the directions/directions instead of us having to remember. Personally, I hate hot air heating so turn it off but did not have enough blankets on the bed.

The view and location are fantastic, literally steps from the waterfront, excellent restaurants, and the ferry to Portovenere. It was quiet, comfortable and everything we wanted from our stay. The room was spotless and serviced daily. The room had a balcony that looked out over the water that we used daily. The value for cost was extremely good, and I really appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. This place really made our stay in Lerici wonderful. The attached photo is from the balcony.

The steps up to the apartment are challenging. My friend is sight impaired and the white steps in the white stairwell were a bit intimidating for her. The stairs are narrow, have a twist and are steep. I would recommend putting something on the steps that indicate the edge, either a texture strip or a contrasting color strip. We worked it out, but know that it can be a challenge if you have mobility or sight issues. Also, the wi-fi was very difficult to find and use. It might be worth putting boosters in the individual rooms.

We weren't aware that soap and shampoo was not provided. The toilet paper roll was almost out and there wasn't a second roll. These were small items. The stay was awesome and we will definitely stay again.

The balcony is wonderful! The little table with the two chairs fit perfectly and we spent hours on the balcony looking at the passing by people, staring at the sea, etc.

The air conditioner works poorly. You can't choose the temperature and it switches on and off randomly. There is NO WLAN in the room! Well there is, but the signal is so poor that you can't use it, not even for a whats app message. There are no night curtains or something similar, so when the sun rises you can't sleep anymore. That's even more unfavorably as it is noisy quite a while in the night cause of the restaurant located right under the appartement. The lady who you can contact during the stay only speaks italian, so she didn't even understand common words as "bed sheets". The bed sheets had some spots on it, we still don't know what it really was but the cleaning lady said it's just rust stains... in general the room wasn't clean when we arrived, just by swiping over the bedside table with a wet tissue moste of the stains could be removed by me. Also the cups that were standing in the room to make some tea weren't clean. The furniture was very cheap and so a lot of stress marks show - it doesn't looks as in the pictures anymore.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is at the top of the town. There is a spectacular view of the town below and sea beyond. A great place to stay for exploring Riomaggio.

Parking was partially off road. It was OK for a small car, but a larger vehicle might struggle.

Great location, very comfortable bed and amazing shower. Great bar to the left and go through the tunnel next to it for a great little beach for a morning dip. Francesca was very helpful.

Better pillows needed.

Location and view as advertised. Nice room, large shower box. The windows provide good sound isolation, absolutely necessary given the noisy night life.

Air conditioning: insufficient, stopped working in two days. WiFi: not available during the three days we stayed - though included in the price Stairs: about 65cm wide, steep and short steps, very hard to bring luggage up and down. Shutters: no shutters on the window, just roman blinds that leave through enough light to read a book in the darkest corner. Parking: over 500m from the room, most of it in full sunshine. Support: time to answer a request (WhatsApp only, no answer over the phone) ranging from several hours up to days.

The room is spacious. The views are great. The room is super clean. The girl that helped me do the check-in was extremely beautiful.

Unfortunately the aircon was not working. And not having aircon in july is quite bad.

Fantastic location, with a great view of the harbour and shoreline. A very comfortable and modern room, perfect for a short stay. If you are arriving by car, be sure to ask about their parking spot, as it's much more convenient and affordable than public options.

The location of the apartment was perfect, right on the water and close to a tone of bars & restaurants. Not an overly large apartment, but it had everything we needed for our four day stay. Cleaning was done daily which was appreciated.

The check-in situation was not overly simple. Had to meet a member of staff at a parking space that was located a good ten minutes walk from the property, which was difficult with heavy bags. We were also made to change rooms after one night. Not the end of the world, but annoying as we weren't able to unpack and settle in properly until the second night. The fridge in the room was tiny & never really got our drinks cold.
