It was a nice stay. Host is really helpfull and supportive. Location is perfect. Value for the money.

The appartment is located in a yard off a relatively quiet street in Kobuleti. You drive in past the first row of houses and arrive at the yard. There are a few one-story houses there where local families live. The appartment is on the first floor above a flat on the ground floor, where a local family lives. The other appartment is on the ground floor in another building. While the ground floor means less noise, the other appartment has a small garden in the back. The appartment looks good, has kitched equipment, a bathroom and a bedroom. Everything is there, although we did not cook, because Georgian food is so good and cheap. There is a place to park your car in the yard. The appartment is located in a relatively quiet place in Kobuleti, a couple hundred meters from the busy street. There is some noise now and then at night from the streets, but not a lot. The internet works fine. The biggest thing about the appartment is it makes you feel like a local. The people who live around are very nice, the hosts gave us some fruit and the father of the house some chacha. We also got invited by a few locals who were having a small dinner and drinking to join them and learn about the Georgian toasts. Was really great, in spite of linguistic bareers we managed to have a great time. This feeling and frendliness was a really great experience. We asked the hostess if we can wash our clothes somewhere and she was nice enough to put them in a washing machine for us, which was great. You have shops and restaurants in walking distance. The sea is also walking distance.

The place is a bit loud due to the local kids. They run around and play till sometimes late at night, past midnight. If you go to sleep early, you might have issues, as windows and the door are not exactly soundproof. This is something you have to accept if you go to stay there, just part of the local life. Still it was loud, every evening, at least to our unprepared ears. We would of course have gotten used to that if we stayed there longer.

I highly recommend this apartment. The location is very good. Better than the seaside, where the bars are very noisy. Everything is at hand. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and well equipped. Privacy is guaranteed. The hostess is amazing! He was very friendly and caring about us.

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was just perfect!

As a group of friends we had everything we needed in the apartment for our short stay in Kobuleti. There is a small equiped kitchen where we could prepare some food, it is located near the beach and the hosts were very kind.
