The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was like a little bit of luxury after walking all day on the Camino. Bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower, bed was very comfortable. The hosts were so helpful, explaining locations etc. Providing water and extra blankets. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was just a few minutes away, but right on the Camino path out of town.

Unprofessional reception at associated restaurant to the hotel on the evening of our stay. Notwithstanding the fact we had enjoyed a fine meal there on our previous visit in 2023, we are unlikely to visit there again.

The staff was excellent and spent 15 minutes upon my arrival informing me about the facilities, breakfast, things to do, etc. The room was beautiful and quite comfortable. The location is perfect for those doing the Camino de Santiago. I will definitely stay here next spring when I am in Arzua.

Such beautiful accommodation in the heart of Aruza. Hostess was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Providing a picnic breakfast for us to take on our trip. Beautiful pool to help those achy legs after a long day.

The hostess was very welcoming; called to get us a table at the restaurant the family owned. The decor was comfortable and interesting. Swimming pool, though small, was refreshing after a hot day on the Camino Santiago.

This place is a dream, an oasis after walking for 7 hours on the Camino! I loved everything about it: the staff (they’re the kindest people!), the room, the attention to detail. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Arzua, this is IT!

It was super nice. The rooms were quiet and clean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool. The complete staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also great. We also received support by making phone calls and really got the extra mile in service being extremely helpful and service oriented. We really and trully recommend this place as one of the best in our Camino de Santiago tour.

Love this place. Rooms were clean and organized. Our luggage was already in the room and we leave it there when we left. We received a warm welcome from the hostess which provided to us instructions a recommendations for our visit. Will stay again. It includes an amazing Spanish Breakfast for a good start of El Camino again.

The staff is nice and speak Engliah fluently. The hotel is close to supermarket and cafe bar. They also run a restaurant quite close which also called Nene. And they prepare quite nice sandwich and some cookies as breakfast. To pilgrims, the place cannot be a better place. highly recommended.

This is an outstanding place in almost every way. Clean. Well thought out. Friendly. Excellent breakfast. Have dinner at their restaurant for an amazing meal.
Friday night above a noisy bar. Left with the choice of unable to sleep due to noise or unable to sleep due to a hot room with the window closed. Needs a fan.
