Rooms are amazing, each with its own pool. The staff is absolutely lovely and always willing to help. The setting and grounds of the hotel are unbelievable, very remote with a view of the surrounding jungle and always hearing birds, frogs etc. Hotel is 15-20 mins from Ubud Palace, but that was a plus as it was calmer vs a hectic town centre.

I can't even begin, Natya is stunning. The pictures online don't do it justice, from the moment we arrived it completely exceeded our expectations. It's so private you feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The mail pool is beautiful and the private plunge pools in your room are breath taking looking out over the jungle.
There was nothing to fault, Natay is amazing and we can't wait to come back.

From the welcome drinks and the exceptional hospitality to the last good bye minute, everything was wonderful. We were offered the best room view. The food was great, we later found out that the restaurant in the hotel is one of the greatest in Ubud. Can't wait to go back there!

the hotel is a gem hidden in the heart of Ubud, surrounded by the beautiful rice terraces and the jungle. The villa with private pool facing the jungle are a unique experience, it felt like being in paradise. The staff is super professional and friendly, always ready to assist us. they completed this fantastic stay

Beautiful location and beautiful grounds. Rooms and grounds are very well maintained and the staff were absolutely lovely.
The hotel is a few kilometres outside of Ubud but there is a free shuttle to Ubud every few hours. A more regular shuttle would be helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly and we loved the jungle feel of the whole hotel
Due to the pool being covered by the roof and no direct sunlight, the water was often quite chilly. Also, bearing in mind the price of this hotel, the food was quite bland

beautiful location in a rainforest area next to the river. very friendly staff, more ‘down to earth’ / informal than you would find in other 5 star hotels (plus or minus depending on your view)
water only provided in plastic water bottles (other hotels provide in glass), plastic was stated as not recycled and no water bottle refill available. big minus for the hotel given Bali’s (and the world’s) plastic problem..
