Comfortable and clean apartment, kind and responsive hosts, convenient transport connections (metro station in a few minutes walking distance). Everything was perfect!

Good location as it was easy to access public transport, coffee shops and restaurants. Flat was clean and had the necessities for a couple of days stay. Even though there was no coffee, we had clean towels, shampoo, toilet paper and hand soap.

I was disappointed with the communication as we arrived at 8pm and, even though we could have checked in from 3pm, we didn't have the codes required to enter the flat (as promised on a previous email) and the owner wasn't answering his telephone and we were forced to wait on the pavement for over 30 minutes until he eventually sent the text with the codes. He also got the checkout date mixed up and gave us a few minutes of anxiety until everything was clarified. Overall, it felt very cold and unwelcoming, but I can not know what previous experience he had with other guests to make him be like that.

It is a nice apartment. The location is perfect to visit Barcelona in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood. Good cleanliness and very attentive and competent staff.

Cosy apartment with a lovely balcony. Perfect for a family of 4 or 5 with a kitckenette. Near metro station and football Stadium and 15 min from main part of Barcelona city. Clean, friendly staff, great value for money and a fabolous area with loads of options.

Great location in a local atmosphere and cheap parking in Barcelona. Electronic keyboard is really useful for late check in. Juan was very helpful and friendly and he provided us some tips, maps and information about the city.

Location. Everything around apartment is accessible - markets, shops, bars, restaurants, 2 subway lines. Nice, quiet apartment with brilliant hosts. Juan was with contact with me from few days before arrival and through the whole stay till check out. Very good and fast response from host about small issue we had with air conditioning witch was sorted next day. We had really good and relaxed stay thanks to Juan. You can enjoy locally cuisine literally 2-3 minutes walk from apartment. I really recommend that apartment with Juan as host. Thanks again for letting us stay in your apartment.
