Good clean property

Staff is not good and trained. 1. While having dinner we were talking to the chef and the waiters kept interfering while we were talking. 2. While we were asleep a member of the housekeeping staff just barged into the room.

Very large and comfortable room. Excellent service from all the staff members including sorting out a taxi pick-up from Jaisalmer train station for a delayed train which was really appreciated. The most delicious food in the restaurant. Thank you, a really enjoyable stay.

Hospitality of the staff names are: Mr. Ketan Mr. Abhinandan Mr. Vineet Mr. Hamir Mr. Minsher Mr. Alam Ms/Mrs. Farida. They provided excellent hospitality, wonderful regards to them. Indoor game facilities, pool.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was customers delight. Excellent ambience, vast space, superb cleanliness, and warmth on part of the staff; The breakfast was lavish. The whole team, Jagrati, Manasi, Ketan and others made our stay memorable. They welcomed us in traditional royal style, kept on checking our comfort, and gave farewell in a befitting manner with fruits and a packed mini tiffin taking some snaps with us. They also showcased some cultural event, mainly Rajasthani dance, appreciate the artists who were down to earth.

Cant' think of any deficiency, except they can think of creating some minimum facility for the drivers who accompany the guests. We believe in "Love All, Serve All"!

the service was impeccable. the property manager keshar took good care of us and even upgraded our rooms as we were not satisfied when we checked in . loved their evening high tea and staff was courteous.

the breakfast was cold but the staff provided us with hot food when requested. overall breakfast service can improve.

The property was huge, as we stayed there with our 5 year old son, we found that the hotel had many facilities to keep him engaged and we were tended really well. I was really impressed with the cultural programs and food was really good as well

very poor maintenance inside the rooms and the managerial staff and the supporting staff were not helpful at all. giving fake excuses. the ac in one of our rooms was malfunctioning and making the room extremely cold. but no one did anything. for one entire night we had to be troubled without any resolution. the lifts were also malfunctioning. the a la crate menu was very expensive as in any five star which isn’t an issue. but the quality of the food on all parameters was very poor.

The staff was exceptional , the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the property was beautiful! we had a great 2 night stay. highly recommended!
