Stinky rooms, like sewer, had to go buy Lysol to spray. A/C throwing humid air. No hand towels, no Kleenex.. I Was moved to another room and was a little bit better, but still had a bad odor.

El personal no hizo valida mi tarifa de booking argumentando que no le salia la reserva, pero a la hora de hacer la reserva con tarifa normal ya tenia todos mis datos y tipo de habitación. Tampoco pudieron facturar. Respecto a calidad, sábanas y toallas dejan mucho q desear. El espacio es suficiente si tu viaje es de entrada por salida.

Location, near restaurants and shopping,.good. room cleaning service was very good. showers were hot and strong.

No heat in the room. Very cold. The breakfast served in the morning was very minimal now since Marriott took over. No cottage cheese. Which was a staple I loved for years. Stade 7 days. Coffee dispenser was always broken and sometimes had to wait for coffee for 10 minutes.. or more. Only one elevator functioning so at busy times you waited four or five times. The elevator was full each time I reached your floor.. they should get the second elevator fixed. If they're both small anyway. I've stayed many years with City Express before Marriott bought them and they are certainly not the same as before. I've stayed 14 nights in different city expresses the Tijuana Mexicali area. And disappointed not as good as they used to be. For the reasons above. Also a bit overpriced now.

Never leave a reviews for any hotels I stay in but decided incase another group of girls want to book this hotel.I went on a girls trip with cousins all girls.First night was fine except one of the rooms I booked the toilet got clogged.Gym has cardio machines and some weights that your able to do a good workout. Breakfast was good, no issue.it was up until our second day we left our room for most of the afternoon when we returned to our rooms, one of the rooms was broken into. Everything was taken out of our luggage, and it seemed like they were going to take valuable belongings in one of the luggages. No money was taken as we did not leave any in the room. We informed the receptionist, and nothing was really being done. We asked for camera footage, but all they would say is they didn't have access. We also found glasses that did not belong to us, and we believe they belonged to whoever broke into our room. It seemed like it was an inside job as in an employee from the hotel. They changed our rooms to connecting rooms, but we decided to cut our vacation short as we no longer felt safe at the hotel. So, any group of girls trying to book this hotel don't. Stay somewhere safer.

The two mornings I went for breakfast, I arrived 15 mins prior to ending breakfast time and most of the breakfast options were all gone. No intentions to refill them. So instead of saying breakfast available until 11, they should say 10:30 or a “head-up” that once it’s all gone, not committed to refill if it’s after 10:30 or something like this. Very limited both mornings. It would be nice to have all the option up until the time breakfast is actually over.

Very bad customer service. System was down and had one person manually checking. After almost two hour waiting to be checked in they told us they didn’t have our reservation and turned us down. Not once did anyone let customers know what was taking long or to even ask and try to find out our reservations before being checked in. Knowing they had already turned several customers down.

Bad service, tried to get the managers name and front desk name and they would t give it to us.

The rooms had no ac We rented 4 rooms 2 had ac The other 2 the AC didn’t work T they move us to another room But it didn’t work either We had to go and buy two portable fans to be able to tolerate sleeping We had little kids and they were crying all night It’s not fare that you rent rooms in summer without ac W With cero ventilation whatsoever

the lady working at the front desk made us wait in line for 25 minutes without saying anything. the breakfast was okay made us wait a long time too because they ran out of eggs. no one at the front speaks english.

Once arrival they said ONLY CASH so I had to go to Walmart to withdrawal the money to pay them, The bathroom had a funky smell and the worst the AC wasn’t even that cold.
