We liked the garden and the pool and also the neighborhood. But you need the car for going into Sanlúcar and the direct way is quite difficult. 2 little shops for daily need in walking distance which is perfect. Good beds, great bathrooms. Accommodates is very spacy- even for 6 persons. Enough towels, shower gel etc

Kitchen is not that clean but well equipped- just kitchen towels are missing. Same for living room. Dogs are quite laud at night. We were 2 persons in winter times. It surely is much better in summer times

Susanna the host representative was fantastic. I had a WhatsApp message before I had even collected my bags at the airport and she guided us in to the villa beautifully. She ensured we understood the workings of household items and assisted with recommendations of places in the area.

The villa is fabulous but a little isolated because the golf course itself is closed so there isn’t much going on around it. You do need a car to get into town or to restaurants.

we found the indoor sofas and outdoor a seating a bit dated and uncomfortable. likewise the family bathroom with 2 small showers could be upgraded into one large shower. the downstairs loo is very small. whilst the location is overlooking the golf course, there is currently no golf available as the course is allegedly up for sale which is shame as we expected to be able to play golf! the area is very residential which means there are lots of dogs barking, likewise we could hear the cockerels day and night from the farm across the course and we also heard music well into the night on a number of occasions, we had no idea where it was coming from though. there are no restaurants within walking distance so you have to drive everywhere. we felt that the villa was a bit cluttered and had too many personal bits and pieces making the decor a mishmash of styles - but this is our opinion, others may love it.
