This property was amazing! I was at first worried going in only speaking English but the property manager spoke English and was a great gentleman- so kind and sweet! The property itself was also tope tier exactly like the photos. The bed and shower were the best I’d experienced on my Europe tour. The property was only a block away from the Christkindle Market which was the reason we came to visit so prime location.

The owner was very friendly and met us personally to go through the details upon arrival. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the apartment was tastefully done up.

Bathroom had a slight smell. More toilet paper and toiletries (basic shower gel or shampoo) would be great. Some small kitchen appliances like the coffee machine did not work but we didn’t need them.

Property is just as it seems in the photos and is nicely renovated. Perfectly located. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Helpful host. Highly recommend.

Normally host meets guests on arrival. In our case a last minute emergency meant they couldn't. As host relied on communicating with us via booking.com (which we didn't have access to as we were traveling) it was a bit difficult as we arrived and waited. However, after the intervention of a neighboring business it was resolved. All very understandable in retrospect and everything was excellent afterwards.

Location is great, just at the north end of Lange Str. where the central pedestrian zone begins. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with plenty of closet and storage space even though some of the closet space had others belongings in them, baby items, etc. Driving to the apartment was easy and parking reserved in advance for an additional fee was convenient in a private outdoor parking lot next to the building.

The apartment could use some general maintenance, four out of five lightbulbs in one bedroom were out and there was a light in the main hallway circuit that would flash brightly on a recurring basis. The air conditioner did not blow cool air. There is only one in wall AC unit in the living room, none in the bedrooms. We had reserved and paid for 4 nights and left after 2 due to running out of interesting things to do in Baden Baden and the apartment being uncomfortable for sleeping because of the lack of working air conditioning. We later learned from the host that he was was aware of the AC issue and had not gotten around to replacing it. We feel he should have contacted us in advance to notify us of the problem so we would have had the option to find a more comfortable place to stay. This was our 25th overnight lodging accommodation out of 27 on our 90+ day Europe driving trip. It is the first place that I would not recommend. I guess only one disappointing out of 27 is a pretty good ratio.

The apartment is very clean and incredibly well equiped. Conveniently located in the city center with parking for an extra fair cost.

Brilliant location, spacious apartment and warm and friendly host! All the major tourist attractions in the town including the Thermal Bath Complexes were at a very comfortable walking distance. Had a very comfortable stay!

the apartment itself is wonderfully located with its own parking spot a few feet away from the apartment entrance. the apartment is located at the beginning of the old town so driving in and out was very convenient and by foot it was super convenient to walk about. it took us 10 mins to walk to the thermal baths and the property is opposite a supermarket and loads of restaurants. the apartment is exactly as advertised with two bedrooms and overall apartment was super clean. The owner Asel who greeted us on checkin was extremely warm and friendly

The bidet in the toilet was leaking and must be changed and so must the hair dryer which made the same amount of noise as a race car.. these two need to be changed ASAP.

location. comfy and cosy. convenient to go to hiking/bus stop/thermal baths. rooms and beds are comfortable and large. room heaters are also very nice.

Tv is a bit complicated to use. Garbage sorting is also not available. only one bin. Although it’s not a negative thing but since it is raining heavily in the winter a drier would be very useful.

Nice and clean apartment, very spacious and well equiped , perfect location at a walking distance from everything with a lot of cafes and shops right around the corner. Great stay for me and my family.

Too much noise because of the construction work in the complex, but i suppose it is something temporary.

No access to hot water... which was a significant inconvenience and discomfort. Especially it was a rainy/wet day.

This apartment was stunning. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was outstanding and the parking convenient and close. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely!

even the location is great but the windows doesn’t isolate the noise coming from the street. Also there was an issue with shower and water keep going out and flooding the apartment sometimes. they charge parking fees even though they have empty spaces but it is not a dealbreaker.

Loved the location, hospitality of owner, communication was fabulous, very nicely furnished. Highly recommend!

Lack of soaps in bath so bring your own and pillows could be better but still, very nice place
