It was cute, quiet and perfect for a couple
The only issue we found, was that there was some kind of salty looking stuff inside the kettle, and also what looked to be the start of mould growing on the roof above the shower.

This was perfect accomodation for myself, husband and my father for 5 nights. Everything we needed including washing machine, tumble drier, comfy beds and all kitchen bits n pieces. It really was a home away from home, down to the electric reclining lounges! Much nicer than we were expecting
The shower made a loud noise when turned on but probably just old pipes

Low on amenities and owner complains if you use it all as to his term apparently we "cleaned him out"
Gave us a quarter roll of paper towel and no extra to replace in the 3 nights we stayed there,, 3 toilet rolls which we only used 2 and abit of the 3rd one and complained we "finished" the coffee and sugar when both were provided with a quarter left of each and 2 bin liners for us to use and had to use both to get rid of our rubbish.
Overall this place was meant to be good to stay just gotta deal with the owner who advertises a place to stay and complains if amenities are used which is the first to occur for me after all the other places I've stayed at.

The Beams scooters were honestly so much fun and actually super useful! The other beaches around were absolutely incredible as well.

Location was tricky. Would be nice if there was a safety mirror on the left hand side to check for cycles or scooters on the sidewalk just to avoid bumping into them.

Great space inside, everything you could need. Nice and clean apart from a few cobwebs on ceilings. Loved the reclining chairs.
The outside areas were very ugly. Mops, ironing boards left out. The BBQ area in the garage was very uninviting.

Very comfortable, clean. Loved the lounge chairs. it was also close to the beach and town centre. Would differently stay here again.

This was a self accommodation unit and I was happy with the kitchen facilities. Overall the unit was a good size. The furniture and set up in the lounge lacked personality but did the job.
The unit is advertised as seafront and this is very misleading. It is tucked in behind the caravan park and just off the main road as you enter Esperance. It is only 300 metres walk to a beautiful beach but I had views of the unit next to me and the neighbours washing line. If I had been staying more than one night I would have been very disappointed.
