as an older group the music from bars nearby went on late into early hours of next day otherwise fabulous stay couldn’t fault the place or Stavri she was amazing

It’s clean. Mostly clean and well equipped. An amazing balcony and 5 minutes Church of Lazarus and restaurants etc. 5 mins from the beach.

Some of the finishing touches needed a little attention. The tap in the kitchen, better pillows and the door handle was broken on the second bedroom. Some basic essentials i.e tea and coffee would’ve been useful.

Great location, big apartment, well equiped ( washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, microwaves, etc) We will come back for sure

Excellent location and very well appointed apartment with all the amenities needed for a pleasurable stay in Larnaka. The outdoor terrace is perfect for evening dining or just a drink after a day of walking around town.

Host was very helpful with travel arrangements and always responded quickly to any requests.

Arriving in the very early hours of the morning and the taxi driver dropping us off “in the area” not knowing where apartment was and it was not the easiest to find.

Perfect place. There is no other such apartment. Located in the center near bars and all the shops. Large, beautiful, clean, very well equipped and has everything. Kitchen utensils, spices, coffee, tea, sugar and many food products. Lots of towels and linen. The apartment has two bedrooms and two toilets and showers. Living room, kitchen and large dining area. Very modern and beautifully designed. The whole apartment with air conditioners. Large terrace with seating and a large table for eight people. There is little sea view. The terrace faces the sea but a few blocks in, but it has complete privacy. There is closed private parking. The owner of the apartment is charming and available on WhatsApp. always kind and willing to help. Easily confirmed me a late check out I'm sure I'll be back. I very much hope that the apartment will be available when I want it. Worth every euro.

Stunning apartment, and just over a 5 min walk to Finikoudes beach and all the bars and restraunts. However there are lovely Street bars and cafes less than 1 minute away.if you want something nearer. Excellent facilities in the apartment itself, full Size fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker. The host was very lovely and helpful.

Spacious apartment in heart of Larnaca. Ideal for a family holiday. Well furnished with all necessary amenities. There’s all you need also for a long term stay. The host was very helpful and always reachable. Ther is a private parking spot in garage- very useful in this town. The terrace is WONDERFUL!

We were there just before Easter, so the downtown could be really noisy. Just in case…. otherwise nothing to complain about.

clean, central location and excellent facilities to high standards. great restaurants and beach near by. The owner was very helpful in accommodating our late arrival and even came in after midnight after flight was delayed significantly.

The size of the flat which was more than a typical flat having a large balcony as well, two bedrooms , two toilets , etc . Right in the centre and close to restaurants and outlets

No reception was available and slightly difficult to find the location .

We loved everithing!!!The apartment is beautiful, it has all the important elements: its very clean, its very spacious,it has all the facilities for a long stay and very close to the beach and stores.The host, Stavri, is the best host you can have!She provided cleaning services, adivices, support and taxi for going to the airport at the end of our trip!We will be back for sure next year!
