Generous provision of breakfast supplies including capsules for coffee machine - toiletries supplied & first aid kit and manicure set in vanity - good TV to watch AFL grand final!

I didn't eat any of the breakfast, I am a diabetic and chose to not touch it at all. Saying this, it looked very nice and was a good touch. (it isn't Liz and Richard's fault that I am diabetic)

The bed was very soft and saggy. Unfortunately, this is a visit return killer. Up until I went to bed, I was thinking how great it would be to bring my other half to stay there. Great facilities, great place, perfectly handy for the things we are interested in etc. A bad equals a bad sleep and a sore back, it was a HUGE disappointment.

Lovely and quiet. Great bed and shower. Liz was very informative re road works in the area. There was a lovely bottle of wine for us which my husband enjoyed. If needing accommodation in Mt Barker again we would definitely go back.

Liz and Richard were incredible hosts! They were very welcoming and continued to stay in contact throughout my stay. Frostwood House was very clean, homely, super cozy and the kitchen was lovely.

Location was great. It felt like home away from home.

We were attending performances at Ukaria and Frostwood house was very well located for this and our time mooching around the area which we loved. Communication with owners was excellent - they went out of their way to ensure we knew all details in advance and the property was very comfortable and well appointed for two people. Plenty of space, comfy bed, lovely bathroom and cooking faciities were perfect for our needs.

Not something I dind't like but was not expecting the location to be suburban. Privacy and space were not at all compromised so it turned out to be no loss.

Liz and Richard were so welcoming and continued to stay in-contact during our stay. The complementary goods were so nice! Water pressure and Air conditioner were on point! The kitchen was perfect to make meals for two. Lounge room was cosy where you can enjoy nice collection of movies, books, and board games. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the location was perfect as it was away from the city centre yet not too far of a drive. You can enjoy the silence and the beauty of its surrounding!

The pin code gate lock was a bit sticky which made it difficult to put the password properly.

Peaceful location, well presented and cosy.
