Location is really good, very close to railway station as well as those must-visit heritage/cultural sites. Counter staff around only from 7am to 3pm. Practice self check in. There’s cold and hot water dispenser available. Counter staff responsive to feedback. Nice decor.

near and walking distance to major attractions such as concubine lane, artisan market, mosque, train station, food etc
my room opposite the road so quite noisy . a bit small for
my family, no ironing board and iron inside the room ( avaialble at downstairs), door of toilet / bathroom no lock and there is a gap in between the door and wall (can see from outside).

no hot Water available for shower. when informed the Hotel receptionist he said i have to inform if i need hot water for shower which i feel shouldn’t be that way and no instructions was given about that

The hotel is very centrally located and the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is reasonably clean. There is an area to refill your drinking water if you need to as Malaysia's tap water is not drinkable.
The room is a bit small, and there is a certain smell in the room which is not too pleasant though not too bad if you are not sensitive to smells.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is very nice.
There is really not much in the room. so no hair dryer, no water, no soup etc. you have to pick the soup at the reception, which is ok. And in the room there was only one plug.

It is nearby everywhere. The staff are nice and they provide a free flow of Coway water.
The staff are only available during the day. I checked in a bit late. My key card was pasted outside on the hotel's entrance door. Not really a safe thing to do.

Very convenient Location
I have stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room. The room was not noise proof so I could hear sounds the guest in next room was making. Also smoke from next room as leaking into my room.

location was fantastic, exposed brick and theme was cool, comfortable bed. room was clean, air conditioning worked well, good signage easy to find, booking the hotel was easy, local guide pamphlets available
size of the room, very small window to nothing, no amenities, low security, unavailable staff, door to lobby locked at all times even if you have no entry card yet, no toilet paper, bathroom layout bad.

Location very near to any tourist attractions. just few minutes to concubine lane. and few minutes from train station. the room was very clean and ms hazel was very helpful and nice.

Strategic location nearby to the ktm station and others sightseeing places. You can literally walk 5-10 mins to the location. The owner very kind and helpful! Definitely will stay here again!

My check in was late but I was instructed well to self checking in without any problem. The location is great. Major tourist spots are within 5 minutes of walking distance and there are beautiful historical buildings just around the corner. Overall, it was a simple and nice stay with good rest.
The parking is very limited during office hours, after which there are plenty of spaces for you to park your vehicle in. The area is a bit dark after sunset.

totally worth the price, place is clean, with lift and clean drinking water, and and and the person in charge is so nice, even WhatsApp us the list of attraction!

i love everything bout this hotel. they have a really good customer service. I booked a single room and it is very comfortable. I also don't feel claustrophobic because of the layout. the location is great. near to all tourist attraction and wonderful eatery and cafe
