My main disappointment with this property is the lack of an external window in my room. But even in the majority of the rooms you only have a window or sliding door looking within the property with no indication of what the day looks like outside. I would prefer to be able to see outside before leaving my room in order to decide what to wear.

The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location. Away from the hustle and bustle but only a couple of mins walk to the beach or the main street. The facilities were great and rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are two pools and both clean and inviting after a day at the beach.

The only positive thing is that the hotel is close to the beach.

The room was very old and dirty during all the days we stayed, stained sheets, hair on the floor, walls with cracks, broken towels, spiders hanging in cobwebs above the bed (this happened to us 2 days), even blood on the mirror. The last straw was the last day they sprayed insecticide through the ventilation and we couldn't sleep from the strong and toxic smell, we suffocated with the smell. When we complained at the reception, they only gave us an air freshener spray. I can't believe this hotel has such a good rating. Never again.

The location, staff, and cuisine (breakfast) are all top-notch. The hotel is easily accessible to everyone and conveniently located. When we return to Boracay, I'll probably come back here, and I'll tell my friends and family about this hotel. Thank you so much for providing us with the most special experience with my two lovely daughters. Excellently Recommend. Kudos to the staffs.

Our first visit to Boracay went smoothly, but due to the rain that day, the short road leading to the hotel is flooded. Unfortunately, we are all wearing rubber shoes because we are unable to remove them because our luggage is locked and difficult for us to open due to the rain. Fortunately, we encountered a couple of angels in disguise who helped us get to the road by carrying my younger daughter and our luggage, but we had no choice because we had to cross the flooded area while wearing our rubber shoes. We are incredibly grateful to that couple.

Hotel was accessible to everything, both stations and not far from restaurants and activities.

Had a bit of an issue with the keycards not working which led to us going up and down the stairs a few times, but only on one occasion.

The staff were friendly and acted on our concerns right away and provided us a resolution. The breakfast was great too and had a lot of options to choose from. I hope they invest on continuous training of their staff especially the house keeping.

The first room they got us wasn’t properly cleaned and should have been double checked prior to guests being checked in. The pool side also had a weird smell, must be the drainage.

Great customer service, the rooms are clean and the staff are very accommodating. We have complimentary breakfast during our stay.

The front side of the hotel was flooded due to the rain on our first day. We can’t get to the beach unless we walked through the flood which is knee-high. It stayed flooded until the next day. We asked the staff about the flooding in the area and we were told that the lgu already fixed the drainage system and unfortunately they didn’t fix the problem. The hotel offered us to use plastic bags for our feet and one time they also offered to use push carts.

I like the room and the facilities within hotel. They also offer beach towels.

During our first day, because of Typhoon Paeng, the way to the hotel and the road from the hotel to the beach is flooded. We had to walk through the flood to enter the hotel. The hotel did not offer us a ride nor boots during that day. In our last day it rained a little and it also flooded a little with stone paths along the way.
