Llegar al parking fue una odisea ,las explicaciones no estaban bien explicadas , y llegar al apartamento igual , no se veía bien el cartel .

It was clean and had all the things you need when travelling. The location was fantastic for walking to all the major attractions.

Found it really confusing to check in and find where to check in. There's no information to tell you that you have to go to a reception desk next door to the actual property.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of Salamanca, which is a delightfully pretty town. We would have stayed longer had we known.

The manager called to tell us to pay for the small broken glass door panel, which had been broken before we arrived. However I think she accepted our explanation at the end.

Location, Cleanliness, Facilities were outstanding. Rooms were big enough, kitchen fully equipped, supermarket and Salamanca's central square at foot distance. I will definitively recommend this location for leisure with friends or family, you will be in the center of the middle, You will not find a better location at this price.

The air condition was just available at the living room and didn't work so good. Additionally, it was difficult to get sleep due outside noise therefore we believe that apartment isolation needs to be improved.

Very central in Salamanca in a building with an elevator. Close to markets and eateries. The kitchen was well equipped with a full size refrigerator and washing machine, although some of the crockery and glassware were chipped.

There were no instructions about turning the hot water on when we arrived. Cold shower! The directions to drive to the apartment had us going the wrong way up a one way street. Currently there is construction next door so the apartment was always noisy, there are restaurants downstairs which were noisy until well after midnight and the construction workers started about 7:00 am. Also the council recycling bins are at the end of the street so there’s the sound of breaking glass every time that bin is used.

It was incredibly well located and useful for a family trip with elder people.

Apartment is located very close to plaza mayor mercado and 5 mins from the Salamanca University.

Getting to the property with car is a bit difficult since Google maps does not work in the interior cobble street of the old city. however the property team was very helpful and guided us on video calll how to get to the location.

Disgusting! Worst service of all the hotels and apartments we have stayed in with children! Arrived from San Sebastian, 6 hours driving. We told them in advance that we arrive with the children at 3pm. Nearest parking was a 15 minute walk. We arrived at 15:30 to the hotel and wanted to check in, but suddenly it turned out that they have check-in at 16:00 and we will not be given electronic keys earlier. My explanation that we had given advance notice and that we were standing in front of the apartment - no response. We had to wait until 4pm. They sent us an electronic key, but how to use it was not explained. There are no hints on the door. No answer to the phone. And it is most annoying that after hours no one will answer you, if suddenly you can not get into the apartment, you will spend the night on the street. An ordinary not new flat in a block of flats. The bedrooms are small, the bed creaks, the pillows are terribly uncomfortable. The sofa is covered in dog hair, the view is down a well. The only plus is the good location - centrally located. But if you plan to arrive in Salamanca in the morning or at lunchtime - look for other options as these won't check you in before no matter what. Worst service for accommodation.

The staff were nice and helpful. The apartment is right behind the plaza mayor, which made visiting places around easy.

The kitchen could be stashed with basic supplies like oil, salt and pepper.

The location was excellent, check in was very easy and the space was comfortable.

Had trouble trying to get into the property due to the owners not responding to to our request for information. If another person living in the apartments had not come to help us we would not have got in. When I asked questions their replies did not answer the questions. Terrible service. The only place to hang clothing was in the cupboard with brushes, mop, and cleaning materials. The windows were filthy. If the owners say these things are not true I will post photos that I took. Avoid this place.

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment, perfect location in the centre, view from the terrace, nice atmosphere in Salamanca.
