Great Location and views of the ocean Lounge, Kitchen and dining area was excellent

No heating in bedrooms and downstairs bedroom was freezing

The location was amazing but the cleanliness of the windows was not good, considering it was a view of the ocean.

The windows where dirty so you couldn't really see the view, coffee machine didn't work, no salt or other kitchen basics such as paper towel, glad wrap, alfoil, oil to cook with. We needed to empty the dishwasher of clean dishes before leaving, why wouldn't the cleaner just be able to put these away when cleaning. The bathroom door locks but can be pushed open, the balcony screen door from living area kept coming off it's track and no handle on the outside (it was corroded) curtain in kid's bedroom was broken and no screen on some windows, balcony door in first front room upstairs couldn't open. All up, the location was amazing being beachfront and we didn't mind paying the dollars for that, but then you really need to make sure the property also reflects those $$$ paid and I'm afraid the upkeep of the property doesn't reflect this. Remember it's the simple things that make a perfect stay.
