Too much Clorox used on cleaning, affected me because of the smell

Hotel bem localizado, possuem transfer ida e volta do aeroporto. Quartos e estrutura adequados ao preço. Tem um buffet livre no jantar que vale muito a pena, considerando a localização - 55 reais e você come a vontade, comida boa.

Quando cheguei de um voo, a noite, cansado, depois do checkin subi ate meu quarto e a chave nao abriu. O rapaz da recepção foi comigo e outros cartões tentar abrir e nada. Finalmente me mudaram de quarto, mas nisso eu tive que subir e descer tres vezes - no final ainda fiquei em frente ao elevador e tive que ouvir barulho de quem chegava.

A simpatia dos funcionários

Quarto pequeno e com cheiro de cigarro, apesar de ser não fumante, tinha um ranço de cigarro.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Well organized transfer from/to the airport. Excellent breakfast. Good place to stay overnight upon arrival

Keep on mind, they accept payments only by cards or Brazilian reals, there are no cambio (currency exchange offices) nearby, the nearest one is at the airport

Everything perfect. Restaurant was a great surprise

Parking was a bit challenging

Close to the airport, easy check-in, shuttle to and from the airport from time to time (even during the dawn), and a variety of food for breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I didn't find anything to complain about but, exaggerating, that would be great if one day they could offer suttles each half hour, but that, I know, is a lot.

Waiting too long in the reception to check in

Staff very helpful. Windows soundproof as it was very noisy when open. Proximity & price was great.

No Queen beds. Super small room. Internet had to constantly be reconnected as it is timed. Told Shuttle does not drop off at terminal 3 the international terminal🤷🏽‍♀️

Rooms old, not 100%clean, noisy from the corridor, sink outside the bathroom, next to the bed. If you are with somebody, the person will surely wake up while you are washing your face/hands.

Close to the airport with shuttle

Last time it was a perfect experience. This time was a total disaster. Noisy room with noise coming from the road AND the alley. Then the light started to go off and on with no reason. At seven in the morning a deafening alarm coming from inside the hotel woke the whole venue up. Then again light off and on, noise and at the second alarm going off I packed and left. Not a single word of acknolowdgement or apology at check out

The excess of use of plastic everywhere, to wrap food, cutlery; everything. Even a napkin was wrapped or an apple. The waste policy should be updated.

The room was exceptionally clean.

The windows are soundproofed against street and airport noise, but the doors let in noise from the hallways.

Convenient location for the airport. Staff are helpful and friendly and the airport shuttle is super convenient. Good buffet or a la carte menu options in the restaurant. A no frills, but good value option

There is a lot of noise from overhead planes, so not great for light sleepers
