Clean Residency and friendly staff, very near to shopping areas
There was a confusion regarding the breakfast between them and booking.com, finally we weren’t provided with breakfast

Blisko centrum, wszędzie blisko, przemiły, uczynny personel. Śniadania skromne, ale atmosfera rekompensowała braki.
Pokoje spore, sprawna lodówka w salonie, wygodne miejsce żeby zjeść posiłek.
Koniecznie do poprawy łazienka, woda podczas mycia leje się po całej łazience. Nie ma brodzika, nie ma zasłonki, Woda w wc nie spływa.

Waliking distance to shopping area around 10-15mins. Finding transport was not difficult, except for ruthless auto/TukTuk vehicles, please avoid them they charge too much. Staff was very obliging and helpfull.
Location in a residential area next to temple, You don't need an alarm clock to wake you up, The noise will, could be annoying for non Hindu's. Water supply was good but hot water terrible, as it was raining, most probably water from bore well. We checked in very late in night and checked out 7pm, they should at least charge only half day rate. It was raining at night when I arrived almost pitch dark, taxi driver had a difficult time locating the place, as cars were parked, sign board was not visible. Install a lighted signboard to see clearly.

Definitely not 4 star. Room is basic. No hot water. Basically like a motel. Nothing specific for showing 4 star. So I am puzzled why the 4 star. Photos are probably taken when it was new.

The location was spot on as it’s very close to pondy bazaar.
There were lot of mosquitoes in the house and the bathrooms were not sealed well to prevent them from coming.

Location was good, easily accessible for shopping and food. Apartment was spacious, comfy and AC was good.
Time to revamp the switch sockets and make it user friendly especially for foreigners. Would be good to have a kettle for a quick coffee/tea and supply some plates. Though breakfast was good, they should consider providing different items everyday. After 2 days you get sick of the same breakfast.

Everything was good. Loved the place, clean and the caretaker, Hari was very helpful.
We were suppose to get our breakfast as I am a Genius Level 2 member of Booking.com but the host said there isn't any kitchen at the facility. This was very disappointing as the host did not make any effort to get us the breakfast that was included in the booking.

Excellent boss. Mr Bala was very helpful and considerate. The staff was very helpful at all times especially when ordering drinks or food. They offer to clean the rooms. The breakfast was nice. Convenient to walk to the pondy bazaar.
Nice temple just next to the residency. Will definitely stay there again.
Recommend if can provide free mineral water bottle on daily basis.

The location was near to Pondy Bazaar, walking distance to the street shops along Pondy Bazaar and restaurants. The apartment we stayed was clean and comfortable. Mr Bala was friendly and helpful.
One of the apartment with 3 rooms we stayed the only issue we faced is no hot shower their water heater didn't work well.

Good rooms with complimentary amenities, very helpful and friendly staff - impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was big and comfy.. Worth the price.. The staff, Mr Syham was very friendly and helpful.
No breakfast provided!! We initially choose the stay because of the breakfast was included but however the person incharge, Mr Bala just informed that extra charges applicable for breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. Very large and tasty.
We really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. Mr. Bala was very accommodating and helped us with all our requests. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
