Ubicacion, y el trato del camarero

reserve una habitación con cama doble y vistas a la ciudad. No me dieron ninguna de las dos cosas contratadas. daba a un patio interior y tenía dos camas pequeñas. Hablé con la recepcionista y no me solucionaron el problema y encima tratándome con prepotencia. El bater no evacuaba tenías que tirar de la cadena 3 veces por lo menos. El aire acondicionado hacia muchísimo ruido. Era habitación n°14

The hotel is an historic family home in the heart of Priego, and consequently room sizes are limiting. However, the interior of the hotel, terrace, and garden are enchanting. The simple breakfast for €5 is great value. Further the receptionist Raquel, for extremely helpful with advice and information on the town. The town was so clean, pretty, and peaceful that we plan to go back.

Pillows could have been more comfortable.

Location and the staff were very friendly and made us very welcome especially Raquel.The xtra touches made it memorable.

The price when initially booked then went up and I had to rebook and a much increase rate.

The room & patio.

this is not a 4 star facility & should not be quoted as so. it is at best a guest house. we would call it our fawlty towers experience! it is a mueseum so it is quirky but reception is drab & dreary. & not welcoming. Rachel on the desk seems to carry out all the hotel duties which is very unfair to both her & the guests. we asked for dinner menu as had been told it was a very good restaurant & was told to go outside to see it on a placard at front of hotel! reception had no map of town & we were told there would b no food in the hotel til 9pm! long wait for drink as Rachel booking people in. she was able to give us a bread roll to tide us over!!!! we were told we were the only people booked in for dinner so we declined as judging from our experience during the day it would annoy us even more! btw this was a Friday night! the room was good but if you are looking for 4 star service this is not the place to stay & is shocking value for money.

sense of place and history couldn’t be more pronounced … comfortable rooms and beds … lovely baths in some rooms, charming gardens and courtyard
