The service and quality of the rooms was as expected for a Park Hyatt brand
Hot water in room takes some time before it gets hot and also a little hard to adjust the water temperature. Shaver in room do not come with shaving cream.

Great stay and wonderful long weekend away. From start to finish the hotel was perfect. Nothing difficult to arrange and very kind and helpful hotel team. Pool area was very relaxing and food and beverages served were terrific - no matter what was ordered.

The location in downtown Bangkok is great for shopping, food and as a hub to start exploring the city. Our stay was in April, so it was to hot to do anything else but lie on pool and relax. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also large enough to work on laptops and quiet enough for conference calls.
Gym and pool area were great, we used them on a daily basis and they were never overcrowded (we stayed for 6 days in April)
Notworthy: the view from the rooms and hotel is amazing. Also: We loved the food, it was really good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very minor things:
- Appliances in the bathroom and some of the finishes on the door handles, decorations are not well down. The gaps and joints can be visually detected.
- I have a very light sleep and sometimes the TukTuks exhausts are so loud you could hear them in the room. (Otherwise the isolation is perfect, you don‘t hear a thing from the outside or other rooms). But ear buds did the trick and I slept like a baby.

The room is so spacious and the bed and pillows are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The bed ia the best!

Mattress was very bad quality. The toilet seat was not heated. For this reason booking at Waldorf Astoria this time.

Amazing building, beautiful interior, staff is the friendliest you could ever imagine. The pool area was outstanding. The roof top bar excellent.
If I really have to come up with something to improve it would be the gym that could be better equipped and the breakfast that could have more variety. But these are nothing compared to the positives of this hotel.

Great location with direct access to BTS Station as well as Central Embassy Mall
The Dornbracht shower system broke down (no water) on the morning of my check-out, which resulted in me being late for my meeting. Prior to the breakdown, the hot water temperature from the Dornbracht showers was inconsistent to start with, resulting in constant need to adjust the thermostat. I would have expected a higher quality standard from a 5 star hotel like Park Hyatt. They should have used a German sanitary brand like Hansgrohe or AXOR.

Spotless large great room with fabulous view and the breakfast selection was amazing .
Ruby was so professional and always greeted you in the morning with such a genuine smile and helpfulness which just added to the whole experience!

except one thing that an attempt from the hotel to deduct a large amount from my credit card in the middle of my stay. Lukily the amount was large enough to be rejected.

Great hotel in a great location. This is the newest Hyatt in BKK. Hightly recommend. Breakfasts are superb.

Staff was friendly. location of breakfast was nice. decoration is chic. the spa is expensive but very nice and clean. nice mall attached to hotel.
selection of food was not big. seating not very comfortable. hotel elevators setup is not easy to access rooms and services (too many changes).

The Breakfast is really outstanding from the buffet to the staff who is really attentive at all times. Incredible experience. The Spanish restaurant equally amazing as well.
