Very well located near Lake Annecy and the beautiful old town of Annecy. A large grocery store is only a few minutes walk. The building itself is very quiet, though there is an elementary school nearby where the kids can be heard playing during the day. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, where there is a view of the mountains to the right and to the left. If you are a walker or a cyclist this location is perfect. Great storage in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very well equipped kitchen. Would be suitable for long stays. Communication was excellent and the host was very pleasant.

The shower is not very strong. There is not much room on either side of the bed.

The host was really nice, the room looked exactly like the pictures and the area was beautiful and quiet. It was walking distance to the beach and only a short bus ride to Annecy. It was extremely clean and it had all the facilities I could have needed. It is also right above 2 restaurants if you want to grab some food and it's very close to the bus stop! It was also a very safe apartment in a very safe area. Great value for money.

The only unfortunate thing about its location if you are there for the Annecy festival is that there were not a lot of night buses to and from Annecy and Saint-Jorioz, so if I wanted to stay past 11 PM at Annecy then I would have to get a taxi back. Other than that it was excellent!

Hot shower, good bed, darken down sun screens, good security, including parking garage, looks like a new appartment. You should really go visit the lake, you are in Annecy in just 10-15 minutes! This is a modern apartment with all facilities for self catering. It is about 20 mins walk from a lovely beach area for swimming and catching the boat to Annecy. There is secure parking in the apartments basement. To catch a local bus in either direction is 5 mins walk. Supermarket is close by as is restaurants and banks. No problem with meeting the Owner for the keys and run through of the apartments security. There is a 300 euro cash deposit on arrival and the Owner speaks no English. This was my 2nd stay so I knew what to expect. Arranged a time to vacate with the Owner and she was on time to exchange keys and deposit.

nothing to dislike. just be aware of the deposit and the possible communication problems if you don't speak French, mine is very limited but had no problems
