The facility was satisfactory. The services were good, and the staff were helpful, but it is not easy to locate. They must work on the signage for ease of location.
It was not easy to locate the facility. We had to ask people on the road to give us directions to the facility.

The location was great - I really liked how close I was to Sam Levy's plus being across the street from a Thai restaurant was very convenient. My room was very nice as well.
I was really cold in the evenings (visited during wintertime) and there was no heater. I wished there was a nicer communal area to sit and relax outside of my room. I was there for work and they didn't start serving breakfast until ~7:45am which was a bit late for me.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was suitable but basic.
No menu for breakfast - plate of food delivered - no options. Make own toast and coffee/tea were sachets and had to boil kettle to make your drink. Not too quiet - early sweeping of garden.

Extremely noisy very early morning when some of the guests went for breakfast (the breakfast room was located right outside the room). And the garden bench was also located right outside of the room's window, so when groups of guests sat there to talk, you could hear everything from the room. In other words, I couldn't rest!

Very friendly staff - treated like family. Everything worked as it should. The bed was especially comfortable.
Due to a hitch with booking.com we were told the lodge was fully booked when we arrived - despite having booked it via booking.com several months earlier. However, the hostess went out of her way to find a room for us.

-The staff were amazing especially Michael and Tanya who took such great care of me, were super helpful and friendly.
-The room and property was well maintained, neat and tidy. Lots of parking in site which was also great.
- Good internet connection
- The pillows were not the best!
- Lack of consistency in what was available for breakfast, the basic should really be available
- And the system used to access the gates depends on getting hold of the staff which is not a seamless process and prone to human and phone network error. I understand there is a safety aspect, but this could be better.

Shirtless and very load guests shouting like crazy just 2m away from your window. Staff did not care at all. Not what I expected from a place pretending to be "upmarket".

Good location close to Borrowdale Village, clean and comfortable and welcoming. We used Art Lodge as our overnight base to explore Kariba (West) and Abafoyle (East).
Michael was very accommodating and willing to help us with our travel and dinner arrangements. Moo Ka Thai is over the road and defiantly worth a dinner.
