Had an Awesome time! My sons friends loved the place and we kayak fished for trout on the white river. Used Riley Outfitters for kayak rental and they were the best as well. Great time had by everyone!!!

I cannot believe how unbelievable this house was. This property was everything we could have asked for and more! Everything that was listed about this property was spot on and set us up for a special weekend. We will definitely be back!

This was a great property and had everything as advertised!

This place was perfect for family time with the huge game room!!! Having 2 kitchens was extremely helpful preparing our Thanksgiving feast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

This was our 19th year in Cotter staying at one of Joey Peglar's (current owner) properties. All 3 have been upgraded and fun to stay at. Our favorite would be the Old Firehouse for our group size (10) this year. All 3 properties have their own purpose and charm. We will be back next year for our 20th anniversary. CJM

This was our 4th time staying at the fish and game. This place is awesome and is set up very nice for a getaway with the guys. Couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Joey and Angel are first class hosts!

The place really is awesome and great for a family gathering. Wish we could have stayed longer to truly enjoy all the place had to offer. My only issue is entering and exiting was somewhat difficult. The locks didn’t unlock or lock very easy. And the downstairs coffee pot didn’t work.

We loved the property and all of the family, young and old had such a good time. The kitchens , grill and outdoor sitting area were perfect. Beds were all very comfortable. There were also a few lively matches at the ping pong table!! We also had great fun at Cotter Park! Recently our family has had great sorrow and this time together helped us remember our many blessings.

Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to bring a large family!

It was our second year at the house. Extreme Heat didn’t keep us away. Any problems we ran into were quickly resolved by Angel, the property manager. He was very helpful! We would highly recommend this property. Make sure that you wear shoes in the upstairs because the floors are all original and they do cause splinters. Thank you for another wonderful year.

Second year our family has stayed at this location and we will be back. Gaming area is a big hit, property offers something for everyone. Easy walk to the White River, fishing was great! Highly recommend!

Cotter is a small, friendly town and this rental is convenient to the river. Great place for a large family. Kids loved the place and it had everything they needed to stay entertained. Plenty of beds and amenities and decor are really nice in both upstairs and downstairs.

This is our second year to rent this property, and it was fantastic. Great location, great property. We will be back!

We had the best time celebrating the upcoming arrival of our first baby at Cotter Game and Fish Lodge. The property manager was amazing—flexible, responsive, and committed to making our experience great. The property itself is beautiful, unique, and well furnished with essentials and extras. We loved the separation of spaces and actually ended up appreciating the fact that the upper and lower levels are only connected through an outdoor set of stairs—no indoor stairs between the two. The downstairs was quiet and peaceful, while we used the upstairs for socializing. There was plenty of street parking and very little traffic, so loading kayaks and supplies was a breeze. Overall, this was the perfect place to gather 14 adult friends to float and relax in Cotter.

We rented The Fish and Game Lodge for our family to stay in while visiting Cotter for a funeral. The kids, young and old, loved it! The minute they walked through the front door and saw the game room they were in awe!! Thank you so much!!

We rented this property for a 30th bday weekend for my husband & his twin. We had a great time. Plenty to keep you busy upstairs & it has a very cozy, warm feeling downstairs. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for (that was not a big deal) was that the bottom was only accessible from the outside. So there were different entrances, no inside stairs to go down. Other than that, the owner’s communication was perfect, great location, walking distance from shops, plenty of TV’s/games/appliances, fun for kids & adults. No complaints! Oh and the night before checkout, she messaged me to let me know we didn’t have to rush out by the 10 o’clock checkout time. That was so sweet. We got to relax & enjoy the place a little longer.

I rented this property two weekends in a row. Fantastic location. Two separate kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is better equipped with dishwasher and oven). Clean beds and bathrooms.

Great location in Cotter. Quiet and safe. Lots of new things happening around this property.l with real estate and new buildings. Loved the large screen TV set up game room and backyard fire pit and nice gas grill. Great for fall fishing groups and evening fires or college football. Loved both kitchen area. Meets all our needs!

What a fun place to stay with family! We loved the arcade games, ping pong, and pool. Plenty of room for the whole crew with updated kitchens and bathrooms. The ice maker came in handy, thank you! We will come again.

We enjoyed the property very much. The Grandkids had a ball with all the fun things to do. Also enjoyed our walk to the park each night. Hope to come back sometime.

This is a first annual family reunion and we could not have picked a better place. It was perfect for young and old alike. Downstairs was a great place for quiet and visiting and upstairs was great for fun and games. All my family kept saying how it was a wonderful weekend and how it was a perfect location. After just the first day my aunt said we needed to start an annual trip. The games upstairs were for young and old alike. Then older men especially enjoyed the pool table. The younger kids enjoyed the arcade games . Thank you for a memorable time and a wonderful home to reconnect with all of our loved ones. Highly recommend this place for groups that love to spend time together and have some fun.
