Three spacious beedrooms with independent bathrooms, fully equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine & clothes dryer. Nice interior designed with taste. Full equiped outside grill and 6 person terrace table & chairs. Squirrel family on the tree in front of terrace :) Big, clean pool with sunbeds... Absolutely great place!

Not the first time that we use Be silver Coast agency, as well it's not the first time at this house. The team from the rental house is very friendly and accessible. Praia del Rey and Vila Principes condos are very quiet and peaceful. Very clean space with gardens and pools. A very chill place for friends and family who want to enjoy the Microclimate of Peniche/ óbidos.

Drawbacks Some of the furniture needs to be replaced. Also, not related to the Rental Agency per si, but the State of Óbidos now charges 1 € plus per night per person. I think for that extra money, they should bring a better road (which does not see some tar for ages). If someone with a sports car drives thru that road, good luck with that!!! For the rest, we totally recommend Be Silver Coast and the house!

Everything! Amazing stay

Vila dos Príncipes is an amazing Village inside of Praia Del Rey residences compound. The T3 that we rent is very cozy and with a lot of space for a family with pet friends :) Inside this village, you have a relaxing environment surrounded by silence. The Villa has a lot of space for 6 people, with good equipment (for the cold days the heating system is a plus) and also the space of the rooms is very interesting as well the barbecue and balcony. A pleasant space for family and pets with a lot of space for dogs.

As you can also imagine, the rotation of the space for the different guest leave some time some carelessness of the materials (from our perspective the couch and the chairs need to have an update) And the fact that there is only one TV for all the place (depending of the type of people of course). Besides that, the space is great and this is something that you can live with but for the price and luxury of the place, I suggest some renewal.
