There was a constant smell off eggs. Noise from traffic it's the entrance road to supermarket property not sound proof. No use of main house lawn no terrace. One of us slept in car bedding was full of perfume couldn't breath the hosts didn't care and offered no refund for one of us who slept in car very rude and no sorry dispite speaking to husband upon return home. No wine on arrival either. Very surprised host took money and didn't care no customer service skills.

The location was very close to the centre but quiet and the perfect location for shops, restaurants and pubs. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped and beautifully decorated. Blakeney is a short drive away and Holkham beach within half an hour. The host met us on arrival and as we left and was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to access on site.

There was nothing we didn't like with the accommodation but a small freezer compartment within the fridge would have been helpful.

The apartment was excellent, very clean and tidy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful especially the young lady who showed us to the apartment. Parking was good and enough spaces which is always a necessity.. I think .

The only thing I couldn't find was a iron and ironing board. I think this should be added to the apartment , if I missed it and there was one please accept my apologies

The location was perfect. Right in middle of Holt and parking available. The apartment was very clean. A nice welcome pack was left for us and a lovely garden for use with our dog.

Location was perfect. Just a short walk (2mins) to the centre of Holt and with in easy reach of several lovely places on the coast. Holt is a small beautiful Market Town with lots of quality independent shops, cafes and eating places

Very little. Possibly could do with a freezer compartment in the fridge ie for ice cream or ice cubes and possibly some sort of ladle for dishing up. However this is being very picky as everything else was to a very high standard

The apartment is very well appointed, attractively decorated and cosy. Its location is very convenient too. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Good wifi connection.

Everything was modern, very clean, well equipped, comfortable and dog friendly. Great location for supermarket and Holt in general. Great to have on-site parking too.

We found the bedroom very hot, the quilt was so thick it made us to hot.

The underfloor heating in the living space was great. The location was very good, so close to a well stocked shop if you want to stay in or many lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to go out. There was a tasteful combination of some good modern appliances and fittings alongside the wonderful old features of the building.

I would always like a bath as well as a shower wherever I stay, but this place's shower was very nice and so spacious. Possibly some thicker windows, but it is a lovely old building. If you're an exceptionally light sleeper then maybe take earplugs for a little road noise and I think Friday may be bin day. My partner slept completely fine, though, so it's very individual and the bed is really comfy.

very good location. free parking. well maintained property with plenty of space. Fitted kitchen was good. Heated floors excellent. plenty of hot water and good size shower. king sized bed very comfortable.

The apartment was finished to such a high standard and very well furnished. It felt like home from home. The location is excellent for exploring the north Norfolk coast and situated in the centre of Holt.

Central location with modern and tasteful furnishings and equipment. We felt so at home that we ate in on our second night to enjoy atmosphere. Dog friendly too! Garden further back from property for dog play but there is also a lovely country walk nearby if you have time. Owners really lovely and helped with queries about TV and oven. Was such a treat and we hope to return.

Very modern and comfortable accommodation. Excellent location, just a very short walk to the beautiful town of Holt. Lovely gardens at the rear of the house. Definitely recommend this property.

Nothing to dislike

We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend. The location is fantastic, a 1 minute walk from the centre of Holt. We didn't do any cooking whilst we were there, but the kitchen facilities were modern, clean and well appointed. I can recommend the Wandering Whelk in the town for breakfast. Very conveniently there is a Budgens store nearby and you can get all you need around the clock. The decor is charming and well maintained and on our day of departure the owners were installing a new leather sofa to replace the old one. There is a back door within the apartment that leads to a large garden for the dog to exercise etc. which was really handy and saved going out into the street. There is a large modern TV with a large array of Channels and options to enjoy. The parking was great, off road and we could see the car from the bedroom window. The owners were great - really friendly and helpful.

The double bed was not especially large and unfortunately it had an upright 'end' section on it. I'm 6'4 and I didn't fit in the bed very comfortably. I slept badly with my feet having to hang out of the side - my fault, I've come across this before and perhaps should have checked in advance.

Location was good to get around area . Apartment was nice . All good kitchen appliances & a lovely bathroom & bedroom.

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. Also we went for this property because we thought we had a private garden but right outside the back door was a shared courtyard with the owner of the property which was abit off putting.

Really cosy and homely vibe, with everything we needed. TV had some great films to choose from. Heating was great as it was so cold outside.
