The location was great. Very central. The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated. Also the owner allowed a late check out with no problem.

When I booked it said breakfast was included but it wasn't. Also in the booking it said that there was a kettle but there wasn't. So these two things were disappointing. I had problems finding the apartment. On Goggle maps I was taken to the wrong location and it took a lot of time to find the correct location.

Fantastic location in the heart of Manfredonia old town. Beautiful large balcony with view on the square and the church.

The location looking on the Piazza from the Terrace was exceptional

The kitchen facilities (cups, plates, cutlery etc) were meagre. The biggest problem was the 2 steep flights of stairs were too much for my wife to manage. We had to swap properties with our son. The landlord was very gracious and accepted this with fuss.

The apartment was great very spacious and at a very good location just overlooking a main square in Manfredonia with a beautiful rooftop terrace. The hosts were very nice, they welcomed us late in the evening and gave us suggestions about the area and what to do. A great stay.

Very spacious, clean, convenient to shops, waterfront, restaurants, good wifi. Good views.

No fault of the property, but it was extremely rainy and windy. Something in the fireplace rattled due to the wind. Breakfast was a coupon for a coffee and croissant at a nearby cafe.

Great place to stay! Very nicely decorated, spacious and perfect apartment. Easy check in and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Had some issues with hot water in shower - boiler needs a bit too much time to heat ;)

Nice, cosy, fully equipped and clean Apartment / Maisonette in the center of Manfredonia next to restaurants, churches, pedestrian zone and harbour. Not so easy to find a parking place, but you‘re in the heart of the town. Our host recommended the „Ristorante Pizzeria Al Campanile“ across the street. A real good and tasty one! Not for handicapped persons because of the narrow and steep stairs to the 1. floor.

We liked interior a lot! House was big and beautiful, everything was perfect.

It’s could be a little bit uncomfortable to climbing the stairs at night, but it’s a matter of taste.

The location and teracce is simply the best. It has to be considered that parking is not easy as being in the city center but it is definitely worthy to stay here.

Would be great if kitchen was more equipted, but it is just small thing what can be a bit improved.

Very nice apartment on perfect location. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended.

Comfortable bed.

Bathroom is one floor down from the bedroom. The pictures give you the impression it is a very airy apartment with a terrace. In fact maisonette is a duplex with one window. The bedroom has a little hole in the roof. There is no terrace. Breakfast is a coffee with one cornetto at a local bar. Fine if you’re Italian, but we are used to a proper breakfast.

It was very comfortable and spacious.

No private parking. Breakfast was just coffee and juice.

It was really the best ever stay during our travel in Italy.

The breakfast coupons could better decribe what it includes with an aditipnal top up if you require so...
