no privacy. not clear that only curtains separated the sleeping areas. not sound proof at all. hob didn’t work in one apartment, shower had a leak, very poorly equipped and kettle leaked boiling water. the final straw was main door malfunctioned and we all got locked into the apartment with no means of escape. a sure fire and health hazard. took the fire brigade 1hr 30 to free us. admittedly the host was very kind and brought us croissant but the stress of missing flights and busses was almost unbearable. this property is not recommended and I will never book an air B and B again. I will be asking for a refund on safety grounds

Great location and big house for a big group. We were 9 of us and it was great to stay here.

Ventilation was poor in the bathrooms and toilets. Also no microwave in the rooms. The main door to the apartment complex was tricky to open so if that could be fixed it would be nice!

Location is amazing very close to everything you need (shops, restaurants, cafes, small supermarkets and all the sights of Ortigia). The apartment is lovely with great architectural features and is well decorated with good furniture and homely touches. Very big and spacious for our group of 7 and plenty of room for the kids to do their own thing. Marcello (our contact) was very helpful, friendly and informative, and when we had a few problems he very quickly fixed them for us.

Due to the time of year of our visit (it was quite cool weather in April) and the fact the apartments were on the ground floor, it was quite cold inside. Although there is heating which does heat the place up when turned on, the floors were always quite cool. Must be great for when the weather gets warmer though ! We also had a couple of problems with the facilities but these were quickly fixed once we let them know.
