Super friendly staff - even if she didn't speak much English, everything was made clear. Very clean and peaceful rooms. The beautiful Biergarten on the inner yard did not cause any noise.

The price was quite reasonable. The room was clean and spaciouos. Once geeting the keys to the entrance and to the room, it is quite easy to come and go at any time of the day.
A bit far from the city center (40 min. on foot, 15 min. via Strassenbahn). A bit difficult to find the location (with no large sign unto the street).

The room and the bed is big enough for one person. The public bathroom is not far from the room, and also very big. The host is nice and helpful. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Instructions to reach the property was clear and location was decent.
Confusion over accessing the keys. The instructions to take them out of the lockbox was incorrect, and host did not always respond promptly.

located only 15-20 minutes by tram from the main train station, the neighborhood offers all that a traveler may need: bakeries, a drug store, a huge supermarket, sandwich shops, restaurants, etc.
The property is well maintained, very clean, and the rooms are comfortable.
Everything was fine. The fact that the bathroom is shared, however, requires some strategizing. But that’s to be expected.

This place is excellent! I’m still in transit between airports (landed in Stockholm) and will recommend always this guest house. ALWAYS. It exceeded all my expectations. I could say that if we had here in Sweden the same service (excellence) and kindness that the owner offers I would be forever satisfied. The food is magnificent and you eat in a garden back yard restaurant with a very Saxonic vibe. The location is very practical. I made all my trips from the same train//tram stop. My room was impeccable clean and the friendly atmosphere and respect for privacy add tranquility in your stay. So, I will be back soon for sure!

Staff is very nice, Room is big and comfortable.
Haus has a Bar&Restaurant on the ground floor, it is very nice and frendly, the food is also very good.
The bathroom is separated from the room, but it is nice, clean and very good maintained.
Unfortunatelly there is no Parking lot in the backyard, you have to find a parking plot for your car on the street, but it is OK, there is always some.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, worth for the price!

Almost everything is perfect there, starting from the owner who is absolutely hospitable and very pleasant, ending with the very clean apartment itself.
Also it is worth mentioning a great restaurant at the same building (with the same owner) and delicious meals.
I liked almost everything, but there is no microwave oven in the kitchen - the only gap.

The guest house is between 2 tram stations, near a grocery store, pharmacy, drug store and 2 bakeries. Rooms are clean and big. I didn't expect to have 3-door cupboard for my clothes, TV in the bedroom and two towels just for me. The kitchen and bathroom are new, I think, based on the design. In the kitchen there are everything you need, from cooking utensils to plates, cutlery and so on, a fridge and a freezer.
Trams in Leipzig are really loud and there is its rail in front of the guesthouse so I usually got up around 5 a.m. because of the noise
